Chicken wings had some feathers in them and baby back ribs were not tender, the membrane was not removed prior to cooking and after it's cooked it is just too late for the costumers to remove it, flavor was good in wings and ribs but all in all the price we paid was not justified

I’ve always enjoyed LongHorn Steakhouse and have been a loyal customer for years, but my recent visit was very disappointing due to the behavior of the manager, Danielle. When we asked a simple question, she responded in a rude and sarcastic manner. Her attitude was unprofessional and showed a lack of basic leadership and customer service skills. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff seemed pleasant, and the food was good as always, but this kind of interaction really leaves a bad impression. I hope the management team addresses this, as it’s not the level of service I’ve come to expect from LongHorn especially for my father’s birthday.

Excellent food and friendly service were the highlights of our visit to Longhorn Steakhouse in Braselton. I had Flo's Filet with a plain sweet potato and broccoli. My husband had the steak and shrimp combo. Both of our meals were cooked to order and did not disappoint. Their salads are delicious and a meal all by themselves! It is typical Longhorn western decor, but the booths are cozy and comfortable making the restaurant very pleasant for conversation and a relaxed meal.

Met with some relatives there for lunch. The server was awesome, she was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the ribeye with shrimp, with fried Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes every thing was delicious, although the steak was more medium rare than rare. Overall it was a good experience, everyone had a good time and enjoyed our meal.
