Always a good meal and experience at Longhorn. In my travels, I eat at many different Longhorn locations and I can count on consistently good food and service at all of them.

They served me the worst steak I've had in my life I'll never go back to that longhorn. They redid it and the second stake was worse than the first. $40 wasted.

Giving a 2 star because the manager came out and she was courteous and understanding and did something about the problem. I think some cooks need more training on how to cook soecific steaks to specific temperature requested by the person dining and paying for the food. My son's cheeseburger was burnt and he didn't even want to eat it he said it tasted bad and he geta burgers pretty much everywhere he goes. My filet was supposed to be med. Came out rare. We already waited a long while for our food and had to wait even longer for a new steak to come out. They sent my son home with another burger but he said it tasted funny. I tried it and can confirm it tasted awful. Like the meat was old or I osnt know what. If they gave him a gross burger on purpose for complaining about the burnt one or if they may not realize something is up with the meat. For safety reason they need to make sure to cook fresh food especially for kids. Also the sweet potato I ordered was incredibly stringy. I kept pulling dark strings out of my mouth. Which I never had that issue with a sweet potato before.
Ordered a steak Medium Rare. It cam out burnt. Sent it back and it after 45 minutes, everyone else at the table was done eating, it was burnt again. Asked the manager and she just looked annoyed. Texas Roadhouse is in my future.
How killer is it to have a great lunch with great food instead of paying as much or more at a fast food restaurant. You can't beat that. Longhorn's is amazing.
The porkchops ordered wasn't what I expected. I thought they would have a bone but came boneless. It's possible I didn't correctly read the description. The butter was still frozen and too hard to spread, and the bread crumbled, which was probably not fresh, unfortunately. Those were minor issues exclusive to our situation.
Good service, good food. Some of the best french oinion soup I've had!
Wonderful food and service. It's even better when you use 'call ahead' for your group.

My husband and I went for a late lunch (around 2:30p), both of us got the Ribeye, broccoli & rice pilaf. The steaks were cooked well (med rare), but were a bit thin and WAY over-seasoned. The amount of salt & pepper on them was so much so that the black pepper was getting stuck in our teeth! And the salt content almost made me slightly nauseous...as im, my blood pressure went up, I could FEEL it, and I don't have BP health issues!
I know the joking 'stigma' about us 'unmelanated' folks feeling that 'salt is even too spicy for us', but that's definitely not the case with me -- I'll just say this: I have to turn down the offer of jalapeños in our cheese dip, but that's for everyone else at our table; this girl loves her spicy foods! So, with that being said; when BLACK PEPPER is burning your face off, well, that's because they put way too much black pepper on there. Steaks should have flavor, you shouldn't only taste the seasonings...what are they covering up? Why the flavor masking; what are they trying to HIDE?! Spices are meant to compliment the food, to enhance it's natural flavors...NOT to drown them and get stuck in your teeth. ?
Anyway, to make a longer-ish short post *even longer*: The food looked and smelled great, butnthe Ribeye was a bit skimpy in thickness and ALL of it, everything, was absolutely doused in salt and black pepper...?

Best Longhorn I’ve ever been to, Christine and her colleagues at the bar are great. I only went in there once and they all remembered my drink order (just a sweet tea). Was very nice.

We enjoy eating here a lot and Nick is the best server in the building but on our last few trips in order to get a medium well steak you have to order it medium or it will be beyond well done. We will go back but mgt needs to address this. Also there is a strange odor in the restaurant. Almost like a dirty mop. This same odor got so bad in the Gainesville Longhorn we stopped going there.
