Louis House of Bourbon

It’s a 1 because my wife and I tried to get a drink and they after standing at the bar for 15 minutes at the only spot open the bar tender said if you want a drink you should go stand at the middle of the bar or else wait 20 minutes for me. Where she pointed to there was no room to remotely stand. I get it’s the 4th weekend but waiting 15 minutes as the only person in line and getting nothing but attitude is horrible. We left.

Louie’s House of Bourbon at Chateau Elan is my weekend go-to spot! It’s so convenient to hop over on my golf cart, and I love bringing the family along once in a while. They treat us like royalty every time, so it’s five stars all day! Plus, the mix of new faces and friendly regulars always makes for a great atmosphere.”

They are not open until midnight. Sitting here at 10:40 and they just turned all the lights on and are kicking everyone out. Why post hours until midnight if you guys cut the AC and kick everyone out at 10:40pm? Management should be ashamed.

Waitresses at restaurant Louis House of Bourbon are useless! I don’t know why they’re working there ! What are they doing there?! Please, can manager to push them to work! PLEASE! Useless waitress worked at Saturday May 3th !

Was told they close at 12am. We arrived at 10:07 to be exact its self seating. We seat down no one server came so we asked the next server that walked pass us without saying anything can we get some help. 30min goes by no one came so i go to the bar ask the bartender for a server and it’s the lady who looked at us 40x and not once came to say anything to us. So 15 min later she comes over to us and we try to order food oh the kitchen close by this time we been sitting for 45 min with no server. Can’t order room service either because it’s close now. This lady looked at us several times while only taking orders from one table i watched her as she watched me. This is a joke!!!! That waitress was a joke. She went back and forth to the same table serval times and continue to put their order in and not say come over one time to even say give me a sec i will be right back.

Slow service, drink were meh, and unfortunately staff has zero etiquette. Overpriced but at least the atmosphere inside is pleasant.

I rate 4.5/5. I recently celebrated my birthday at Louis House of Bourbon, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. The managers were also very personable and friendly walking around to check on everyone. This place even had a DJ after 9 p.m. on Friday, which really added to the vibe!

The drinks were great, and I highly recommend trying their Crème Brûlée—it was absolutely amazing. However, I found the chicken (on the menu as “Coq au Vin”) a bit overpriced at $45 for a small airline chicken breast with a wing tip. Don’t get me wrong, it delicious (it’s chicken over a wine reduction sauce with mashed potatoes, see photos) but it left me still quite hungry. If I could do it again, I’d skip the chicken and go straight for the BBQ chicken pizza. It was fantastic and definitely worth the order! My husband had the burger, and he said it was decent.

Overall, a fun spot with great service and a lively atmosphere, but choose your menu items wisely to get the most value!

I have never been compelled to leave a review and let alone a one star review. However, the management at this Bar was miserable. The posted closing time on Google is 12, three of us came in for a round at 11, plenty of time for one round and still be out before close. The manager came in at 11:05, turned the lights on, and told our party that they would be closing at 11:30 instead. He then proceeded to walk back in 5 minutes later at 11:10, turn the TV's and music off, tell the bartender to close everyone out and get them to leave. We left and tried speaking to him about the instance to which he lied and denied that any of that happened until we eventually gave up and left. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with management anywhere.

Such a fun and warm spot. Staff was great. Creates a great environment to make friends and menu was good. Also, a quick walk to the room but it feels like a warm neighborhood spot!

Was here for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed the Bourbon Bar. The two female bartenders that worked on Wed and Thurs were absolulty fantastic. To management; don't ever let them go! We will come back just to enjoy the atmosphere and the great bourbon again.

Here for Thanksgiving at the Chateau Elan. Love this bar. They have the greatest bourbon of all sorts. Tonight our bar tender was terrific. She mixed some exquisite drinks.
