I ordered a cake for pickup and paid in advance and apparently the cashier charged the wrong price. Then they charged me a extra $15 because of a art charge the lady forgot to charge me and another $6 to upgrade to a 16 inch cookie because the design wouldn’t fit on the 12 inch cookie I paid for. I literally asked the lady the pricing difference on everything the day I ordered it and I paid for it thinking it was that price then they tell me the day of it’s going to be almost $20 more…when I can’t even order other cake anywhere else because it’s too late in times I ended up paying $53 for a cake with hair in it. Just don’t waste your money or time.
The manager is also extremely rude.
Overall highly disappointed.

Terrible!!!! I have been frequenting this location for years. I order my kid's birthday cakes every.single.year! The cake I received today was not what I ordered at all. I have boy/girl twins. I asked for Luke's side of the cake to have a baseball and Taylor's side of the cake to have a pom pom (for cheerleading) that's all! What I got looks absolutely horrible and no poms poms at all. Mona was very rude and tried to tell me that's what I ordered until she read the order out loud and was dumbfounded she was WRONG! The colors on the names are different too which I didnt ask for. She still charged me $10 extra for an "Art charge" Ridiculous!!!! I will never go back here again.

Avoid this location!!! We ordered a cake for our son’s birthday ahead of time online. The staff mistakenly made the cake two days too early and then refused to remake it fresh for his party. We clearly marked the correct pickup time — the manager absolutely refused to fix it despite repeated conversations. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! Grab yours at Publix or a different location!

Do NOT order a cake from here. First of all, they didn’t put my child’s name on the cake so the girl had to go back and fix that. Secondly, I asked for NEON colors (the boy that took my order wrote “HOT COLORS” on the order form). They used pastel pink, neon green and neon blue, so the colors DON’T match! Lastly, it looks like a child decorated it! I could have done a better job myself. If I hadn’t pre-paid, I would’ve told them to keep it. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

Went into the store, no one responded to the door chime. I could clearly hear someone in the back, so I called out- no response. I waited and the called out again- still no response. I finally gave up and left. Would not recommend.

Upon entering this establishment we were not Greeted by the 2 employees, I looked at my daughter and stated they don't greet you in here. Let me remind you this was my 1st vist to this establishment. The young Indian lady finally came to help us with Attitude of course. I purchased buy 5 get 1 free cookies. The cookies were delicious, customer service was Horrible. Do better young Ladies

Worst design I’ve ever seen in my life on a great American cookie cake! I don’t even think I’m going to take a picture of this cake up close. Like I am ashamed of the way this cake looks. I’ve never been to this location and I’m never returning for the price I paid for this cake. This is a major disappointment! If I have the time, I would take this to my normal location and ask them to try and fix it because it’s just horrible. This person is not a good cake designer, or if they couldn’t design this, they should’ve told me I even told them if they couldn’t do it it’s OK just you know make it a solid looking Oreo cake that was OK. I was fine with that. It didn’t have to do anything else.

Got a small cup of chocolate ice cream for my daughter on the way to the hospital. She loves chocolate ice cream but wouldn’t eat it because it tasted funny. I tasted it and it was terrible. Like it was made with a dated product. There’s obviously new management and Their reasoning when I called just to let them know they had an issue was that 4 other people today ordered it and didn’t say anything….. 8.00 for a scoop of ice cream that was made with dated milk and they don’t care. Sad. This place was a staple for our family but will no longer be with that type of response to an issue. Good luck serving nasty products for triple the money.

I ordered a cookie cake for my son's birthday. The cake was so thin and tasted like cardboard. The decorations on the cake looked nothing like online. It looked like a little kid decorated it. The cake was definitely not worth what I paid. So disappointed. The Cookie Company used to have the best cakes. Don't waste your money ordering from here!

This place is heaven on earth!Cookies were delish and the young lady who was helping us was so polite.Also got some ice cream while we were at it.Strawberry Cheesecake in a waffle cone, DELISH♡

I ordered a cake from here a week ago so that it would be ready on my way to my sons birthday party. There was an email confirmation. I get there to pick it up and they say it’s not ready because they got a lot of orders today. Really?? Not acceptable. Seriously, think about the business that you are in and the importance of time and communication.

Who doesn’t live a GAC!? I love this place.
