My daughter and I frequently visit this location, and we are always served wonderful ice cream mixtures accompanied by friendly service. No complaints! I’ve also ordered several cookie cakes which have always been absolutely perfect and delicious, and ready very quickly, I’m terrible about ordering last minute!

Ordered butter pecan ice cream in a waffle cone. The guy puts 2 scoops of the plain ice cream and then drizzles caramel and pecans on top without mixing it on the slab. Caramel dripping all down the cone onto my hand. So the ice cream under the “toppings” is plain. Isn’t the marble slab used to combine the ingredients, hence the name marble slab creamery??? Obvious the operator is lazy and doesn’t care about providing a quality product.

The 2 people there obviously wished they were home, zero people skills. Our ice cream was so very soggy, It was dripping when handed over, very wet they definitely have an issue with the ice cream temperature. Or whatever to keep the ice cream at texture. 1st and last visiting this place. Let a tip at curtesy but wasn’t deserved.

Got a Cherry Vanilla Vacation ice cream. Cherries were spoiled. When I pointed this out to the manager, he said that it was normal. When I insisted that I know what non spoiled cherries tasted like, he began scooping it out of the ice cream, hitting the spoon against the side of the trash can, before digging for more. Disgusting.

Ordered Butter Pecan ice cream on waffle bowl, Ice cream was runny already dripping on the counter. Second order was Cheesecake with cherries on topping. Cherries were old and spoiled!
These experiences only leads to one thing, no quality control at this store. Freezer temperature was not set on correctly and/or malfunctioning. Ice cream toppings are not rotating and/or replaced on timely manner, getting old/spoiled.
This will be my last time visiting this Marble Slab Creamery.

My husband ordered a milkshake using one of the flavors of ice cream they had (banana pudding). It came out the consistency of MILK. So, he asked if maybe they could add more ice cream to make it thicker (not sure what the remedy would be). They added more ice cream, then a different girl presented it back to my husband and explained that because it was made with banana ice cream there was no way to make it thicker. I personally ordered the butter pecan ice cream. It had no pecans (odd) so I had them add pecans. It was edible, but had very little flavor. Very little. We will definitely not be back!

Walked up to the door at 7:57 three minutes before closing and the little brat kid ran to the door and locked it shrugged his shoulders and walked away the next time they were even Sotier when we got there at 7 o’clock and tried to get ice cream we just go across the street now. We’re actually you can get service, or go to Chick-fil-A and just get the yogurt and a cup

Poor customer service.

The prices on the giant flat screen said $5.99 for a small. There was a large group in front of me so I ordered off the screen, assuming the price on the screen was accurate. It wasn’t. There were cups in front of the large group which I couldn’t see but again, I assumed the prices were the same as the screen. Super frustrating when companies don’t uphold the price difference when there’s conflicting information for consumers. Your company has two different prices listed in the store but of course make the consumer pay the more expensive one. Who would even think to look at the cups when there’s a giant screen in front of them?! Ridiculous. Won’t be back. Fix the screen and teach your employees better. I don’t care if you tell your manager about the screen being wrong, that doesn’t put money back in my pocket.

Staff was very friendly. However we found hair in our ice cream which was disgusting. One of the employees offered us another ice cream but at that point we had lost our appetite. A partial refund would have been nice. Probably won’t visit Marble Slab again. Braselton location.

16.00 for two small ice cream cones ordered butter pecan but no pecans …. Called to talked to manager left my # but no return call. Have spent a lot of money over the years at the company for them not to at least hear my concern

Service was alright, the people who took our order were somewhat attentive but the ice cream itself was very grainy and lacked flavor. I ordered coconut, lemoncello, and Lemon custard, none of which tasted rich or creamy. I love ice cream and will eat even mediocre ice cream, but this ice cream was so bad I had to throw it away. The quality was not worth the money I spent. I'm not sure if they make their ice cream fresh every morning, but the flavors I got were not fresh at all. The labels in the shop said "homemade" but they were probably old and have been frozen for a while. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My self and two children went for ice cream tonight. Upon arrival, one of the employees was handling cookies without gloves, which should have been the first red flag. No one acknowledged our entrance and acted as though there were no customers waiting, but a two additional families also entered after us. After a few minutes, a lady come from the back, clearly still chewing food, as remnants were coming from the corners of her mouth has she continued chewing while asking ‘how can she help us’. Before making my icecream, she grabbed a scoop from the bucket they keep them in. She very bluntly pointed out to the other employee (in disgust) that something hadn’t been drained properly. She continued getting the scoop from the bucket, for the ice cream (most containers of ice cream were half full with crusted icecream around the edges, except for the more popular flavors). As she walked toward the slab to mix in my toppings, I noticed it hadn’t been scraped off and there were several toppings and old ice cream from previous customer orders still left on the slab. After noticing, I specifically asked if they clean the slab after each customer/group of orders. She looked me dead in the eyes, said “huh?”, so I asked again to which she said “yes”. An obvious lie. I told her my daughter is highly allergic to pistachios and other tree nuts so it needs to be cleaned before hers was mixed. She said “we never serve the pistachio ice cream anyway”. My son then ordered his two scoops, cotton candy ice cream, in a cup, no toppings. I was at the register while he waited for her to finish is order. She brought it to the slab, still with remnants of all the old orders, and he ended up with blue and green icecream with pieces of MnMs and chocolate chips. And not to gross anyone out any further…but the cherries in my cherry vanilla vacation resembled died blood clots. Totally unappetizing and tasted nothing like an actual cherry should. And how they received even as high as a 94 on their health inspection. Unbelievable based on what we saw behind the counter.

I go to marble slab because of the unlimited mix ins, and was very disappointed to be limited to three. One of my three was Caramel and there was pretty much none in the icecream. It tasted fine, but absolutely not worth the price.
