My husband ordered a milkshake using one of the flavors of ice cream they had (banana pudding). It came out the consistency of MILK. So, he asked if maybe they could add more ice cream to make it thicker (not sure what the remedy would be). They added more ice cream, then a different girl presented it back to my husband and explained that because it was made with banana ice cream there was no way to make it thicker. I personally ordered the butter pecan ice cream. It had no pecans (odd) so I had them add pecans. It was edible, but had very little flavor. Very little. We will definitely not be back!

Walked up to the door at 7:57 three minutes before closing and the little brat kid ran to the door and locked it shrugged his shoulders and walked away the next time they were even Sotier when we got there at 7 o’clock and tried to get ice cream we just go across the street now. We’re actually you can get service, or go to Chick-fil-A and just get the yogurt and a cup

The prices on the giant flat screen said $5.99 for a small. There was a large group in front of me so I ordered off the screen, assuming the price on the screen was accurate. It wasn’t. There were cups in front of the large group which I couldn’t see but again, I assumed the prices were the same as the screen. Super frustrating when companies don’t uphold the price difference when there’s conflicting information for consumers. Your company has two different prices listed in the store but of course make the consumer pay the more expensive one. Who would even think to look at the cups when there’s a giant screen in front of them?! Ridiculous. Won’t be back. Fix the screen and teach your employees better. I don’t care if you tell your manager about the screen being wrong, that doesn’t put money back in my pocket.

Staff was very friendly. However we found hair in our ice cream which was disgusting. One of the employees offered us another ice cream but at that point we had lost our appetite. A partial refund would have been nice. Probably won’t visit Marble Slab again. Braselton location.

16.00 for two small ice cream cones ordered butter pecan but no pecans …. Called to talked to manager left my # but no return call. Have spent a lot of money over the years at the company for them not to at least hear my concern

This place is going downhill fast. Quality no longer exists. They have skimped on the cookie. The cardboard this "cake " sits on is thicker than the actual cookie cake. I am done with this place and will only support American owned GACC locations. #cheapskates

Terrible. I got a number cake and paid $65 and it looked terrible. The icing job was not good and the cake itself was tiny.

Service was alright, the people who took our order were somewhat attentive but the ice cream itself was very grainy and lacked flavor. I ordered coconut, lemoncello, and Lemon custard, none of which tasted rich or creamy. I love ice cream and will eat even mediocre ice cream, but this ice cream was so bad I had to throw it away. The quality was not worth the money I spent. I'm not sure if they make their ice cream fresh every morning, but the flavors I got were not fresh at all. The labels in the shop said "homemade" but they were probably old and have been frozen for a while. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My self and two children went for ice cream tonight. Upon arrival, one of the employees was handling cookies without gloves, which should have been the first red flag. No one acknowledged our entrance and acted as though there were no customers waiting, but a two additional families also entered after us. After a few minutes, a lady come from the back, clearly still chewing food, as remnants were coming from the corners of her mouth has she continued chewing while asking ‘how can she help us’. Before making my icecream, she grabbed a scoop from the bucket they keep them in. She very bluntly pointed out to the other employee (in disgust) that something hadn’t been drained properly. She continued getting the scoop from the bucket, for the ice cream (most containers of ice cream were half full with crusted icecream around the edges, except for the more popular flavors). As she walked toward the slab to mix in my toppings, I noticed it hadn’t been scraped off and there were several toppings and old ice cream from previous customer orders still left on the slab. After noticing, I specifically asked if they clean the slab after each customer/group of orders. She looked me dead in the eyes, said “huh?”, so I asked again to which she said “yes”. An obvious lie. I told her my daughter is highly allergic to pistachios and other tree nuts so it needs to be cleaned before hers was mixed. She said “we never serve the pistachio ice cream anyway”. My son then ordered his two scoops, cotton candy ice cream, in a cup, no toppings. I was at the register while he waited for her to finish is order. She brought it to the slab, still with remnants of all the old orders, and he ended up with blue and green icecream with pieces of MnMs and chocolate chips. And not to gross anyone out any further…but the cherries in my cherry vanilla vacation resembled died blood clots. Totally unappetizing and tasted nothing like an actual cherry should. And how they received even as high as a 94 on their health inspection. Unbelievable based on what we saw behind the counter.

Like others I wish there was an option in giving them no stars. I picked up a cake from them and picture I wanted on it was done wrong , there was a finger print in the cake, and my kids name was spelled wrong. I went back in to get the to give my money back but they would not do that. The guy was like, I can fix the name on it. It asked me how spell my kids name three times and them asked another employee to come ask me how spell my kids name. They bring the cake back out to me and said here you go. I have to take the cake because it's for my kids birthday. I get home with the cake and saw he just wrote over what was already there. So now I have to fix my kids cake. I will not be ordering anything more cake from this store ever again.

We both ordered mixed ins mediums. Barely put any mix ins in at all, then barely mixed it so we were left with half bowls of plain vanilla ice cream with nothing mixed in. For 9$ a bowl go to ingles and grab ingredients do it yourself cause this was a rip off

I go to marble slab because of the unlimited mix ins, and was very disappointed to be limited to three. One of my three was Caramel and there was pretty much none in the icecream. It tasted fine, but absolutely not worth the price.

I was super disappointed tonight when I went in to get my kiddos ice cream. My youngest son is allergic to peanuts and normally when I go to any ice cream place all I have to do is ask that they use a clean spoon (one that's not in the communal water to scoop him some ice cream) and the girl behind the counter refused to do so. She said they do not use clean spoons and they only use what is in the water. My little guy bawled his eyes out and I took my service elsewhere!

Ice Cream was old and dried in the containers. The young lady working was getting my daughters milk shake. And the owner skipped over me in line and tried to serve the next customer. I said excuse me, I was next. The other customer informed him that I was next in line as well. So, he just completely ignored both of us and acted like he was busy doing something else. That type of service doesn’t go well with Southerners. You may be close to Atlanta. But your business is located in the heart of the South. You won’t make it long treating customers like this.
