The staff was extremely efficient and courteous. They got my order out in very short time, even though their drive-thru is a little hard to find. Unfortunately I had severe diarrhea for about 2 hours a while after eating.

This place absolutely sucks. Absolutely NO customer service, nothing is stocked, super dirty. My family and I stood in the store for 30 minutes for 1 large fry and two large drinks. I eventually had to go behind the counter and get my own cups and one worker acts like she doesn’t understand English when she does. Miserable people. Tons of customers walking out and cold food at that. Nobody is attending to the customers at the front and there are food alarms going off left and right. If there aren’t enough people to run a place, close it!!!! Definitely thinking the health department needs to take a close look at this place.

This place is slow as hell. Cashier is standing at the register yawning and fidgeting. I had to get a refund and leave. I’ll never go back to this place again

Everything about the visit was out of sorts. Both ordering kiosks were broken. The poor girl running the register was overwhelmed. I was overcharged for my meal. A simple order of a #7 took over 20 minutes, and it was only delivered after I asked for a refund (I was late getting back). I then received 2/3 of the order.
Hopefully this was just a transient staffing problem, but the kitchen was full of workers.
