I am an OTR truck driver. I ordered a double cheeseburger and small fry. I walked back to my truck and started driving and I realized McDonald’s gave me a stale and cold burger and the bun was smashed. The burger looked like it went through the microwave more than once.

When you come into this truck stop that houses the McDonald’s you may be greeted with an eating area that is not clean and employees that seem as if they have the desire to be somewhere else.
My experience nationwide unfortunately comes with some valid and systemic consistencies that come with the crew and the culture of the crew. I’m sharing motherland DNA with said crew types but the culture and post COVID work ethic I do not share.
One person in the crew seemed to be carrying the weight of the others and she deserves to be somewhere else working with more responsible people. She did take my order, if I remember correctly.
Hopefully my experience was just a one off bad day but hopefully the reviews will reflect the overall true nature of this location. I just happened to add my two cents of the day.

Bad service, did not give us our drinks and missed a happy meal.
I don’t think working for this McDonalds location requires knowledge. It’s the worst location MCds I ever been. Takes forever and that short girl (the manager) her mouth it’s louder then a speaker and very arrogant. I have friends they do uber and DoorDash they don’t even take orders from this circus store because they 8 out of 10 times mess up the clients order, completely joke fast-food place

So I just got home with my order adult happy meal with no collectible in it paid $13 for nuggets and fries smh. Then ordered two other meals and only got one fry. Been calling from two phones for last 20 minutes they don’t answer not good. Why @mcdonalds why????

There are plenty of reasons to hate on a McDonald’s attached to a pilot and gas station. Don’t go there if you can’t math out what the experience will be. I go here frequently, and the staff is always really friendly with me and the food is correct like 95% of the time. It works and I have zero complaints because I accept the environment I’m walking into. Shout out to the homeless man who’s been sleeping in a van in the parking lot for at least a year. He keeps to himself and is a burden to no one. Sorry if the cold reality of our world upsets your delicate senses. Perhaps you could be the change you want to see in the world.
