We have been coming to this place for the last couple months because previous employees did try a little bit but now the new crew doesn’t care at all. My visit today ended with the smallest burrito ever, on par with a Taco Bell burrito so I walked out without the $15 item and decided a different location for dinner would be more apt for today.

Nothing was prepared or ready. Got 2 bowls at 11:45. No grilled veggies or toppings. (Only lettuce cheese and sour cream). Either have a manager or Team Lead present or don’t open. These kids were not working. Sitting in the lobby and playing on their phone. Horrible service.

Did a doordash order. My side queso was good. But the chips were stale and my burrito was cold. I have literally never had a cold burrito from a Moe's restaurant, but I had to microwave it as soon as it arrived. A few pieces of the chicken were either not cooked or fatty pieces, which I have also never had. But based on the other reviews, I'd say it's time to clean house with management and employees. Either that or shut this place down before they give someone food poisoning or worse.

Always a great experience. The safe is super awesome.

Probably the worst Moe's I have been to. Cold and hard chicken, undercooked rice, very little flavor. The Chipotle that just opened down the street is going to cause this place to go out of business without a doubt.

I usually go once once or twice a week since Braselton still does not have Chipotle. I have to say I might continue going to Moe's even if Chipotle opened up in Braselton because Chipotle's food quality and service has really gone down in the last two years. It reflects in Chipotle's stock price these days. Moe's can definitely improve their menu options with freshly grilled shrimp for their burritos and bowls. Moe's chips aren't the best quality but their customer service is absolutely fabulous. I've been to many Moe's and Chipotle for decades in many different states. Moe's team staff at 2620 Old Winder Highway Braselton GA are absolutely amazing especially server Naaziyr Brister. I don't finish work until 8:45pm and have to rush before they close by 9pm. Unlike other places, Naaziyr never makes me feel bad about going in when they are getting ready to close soon. Naaziyr has a sunny disposition that makes everyone feel so welcome and never feel rushed. Naazyir is a great asset to Moe's business since his great personality and fantastic customer service makes my friends and I along with the rest of Braselton community to return week after week.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent online order experience with this restaurant. I placed my order directly through their website, but what followed was a series of frustrating events.
The driver only delivered half of my order, and when I called the restaurant to report the issue, I was told to contact the driver to arrange for the rest of my order to be delivered. This was unacceptable, as it was clearly not my fault that the order was incomplete.
To make matters worse, the phone call got disconnected, and no one bothered to call me back. My husband had to go pick up the rest of the order two hours later.
Unfortunately, the food didn't even taste good when we finally got it. It was clear that the restaurant didn't take any steps to reprepare the order or ensure its quality.
This was my first order from this restaurant, and it will definitely be my last. The combination of poor service, incomplete order, and subpar food quality has ensured that I will never be ordering from them again.

I came here for lunch on a Monday. My husband got a chicken burrito and I got a tofu burrito. The food was fresh and hot. The employees were all very friendly and the restaurant appeared very clean. Their health score is 99. My husband and I enjoyed our meal and will be back again soon.

I go here about once a year to give them a chance and see if the customer service has gotten any better. Unfortunately today was not the day. There were 2 counter workers bickering the entire time I was there. I wish a manager would fix this location.

We have lived in Braselton for 3 years. We wanted to try this place for the first time, we checked for the closing time and we headed out. We get there and they were closed. We attempted this 3 times and we gave up. 2 years later we attempted to try this place again and when I tell you we had some of the best food and customer service ever. Peter was awesome as well as his staff. We had never eaten at Moe’s so anything we were unsure of Peter let us sample. I highly recommended since they are now under new management!!! We will definitely be going back.
