Moe's Southwest Grill

I came here for lunch on a Monday. My husband got a chicken burrito and I got a tofu burrito. The food was fresh and hot. The employees were all very friendly and the restaurant appeared very clean. Their health score is 99. My husband and I enjoyed our meal and will be back again soon.

I go here about once a year to give them a chance and see if the customer service has gotten any better. Unfortunately today was not the day. There were 2 counter workers bickering the entire time I was there. I wish a manager would fix this location.

We have lived in Braselton for 3 years. We wanted to try this place for the first time, we checked for the closing time and we headed out. We get there and they were closed. We attempted this 3 times and we gave up. 2 years later we attempted to try this place again and when I tell you we had some of the best food and customer service ever. Peter was awesome as well as his staff. We had never eaten at Moe’s so anything we were unsure of Peter let us sample. I highly recommended since they are now under new management!!! We will definitely be going back.

Is hating your life a requirement to work here? I went to this location with my family last night and the service will be the reason I'm not coming back. They charged me for a regular meal while giving me a kids meal and the girl with the red hair and signature on her glasses, acted like we were bothering her when we asked for cups and a side of chips. The chips she just lazily limp wristed dumped on our plate after asking for a separate side and same girl when I asked if I could upgrade my drink from the kids cup cause I'm 22 just mumbled not even looking at me no.
I get it's a Friday night and you'd rather be anywhere then working fast food but that's not my fault.

If you're the manager reading this and wondering why your store has 2 stars and at 6pm prime dinner time is a ghost town ask your employees

they tried to sell me a kids burrito as a medium burrito, and only put half the amount of stuff inside the regular burrito than it would take to properly fill it.

Food was ok but the staff needs an attitude check and a lesson or two on customer service.

I’m not sure I even got real chicken it was so horrendous. Service is laughable and I can’t hear myself think in this place. I like Moes but boy this location right by my house never makes me want to come to this place

Ordered my food online and when I went to go pick it up the sign on the door said that they had suddenly decided to close at 7:20! Now I have to go back tmrw for a refund.
