Marq always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of when we come in to Moe's! I know that over the past year there have been a lot of changes there but ever since he has taken over its been GREAT! A+ service!!!

Every time I try to give this place another chance I'm disappointed. If the owners would spend some time in the restaurant to rebrand this location and take the time to train their staff, it has the potential to be successful. I actually like the Moe's chain and was excited when it initially opened in the area but it went from new restaurant growing pains, to Covid closures, then vacancies and high turnover, to staff that lacked customer service skills with subpar food quality and preparation throughout. How to roll a burrito should be a basic requirement and I have yet to have one that didn't fall apart after one bite.

Haven't eaten at a Moe's in 2-3 years. The burrito was awful. Very bland and everything tasted the same. Will not be back. Chipotles and Bravo Mexican Grill are much better.

This establishment is HORRIBLE. From owners to management. I have filed a complaint with bbb. The turnover rate for employees is out of the roof so customer service and food quality suffers DAILY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THERE ARE LOCAL ESTABLISHMENTs THAT WILL TREAT YOU GOOD AND PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE....this is not one of those establishment.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and no complaints, however tonight I am no satisfied.#1 I placed an order online and ordered a cup of queso with it, was not in my bag so I had to ask for it. The young lady working was very respectful however the young man behind the counter was not happy that he had to fix the cup of queso.#2 I get home and look at the additional bowl I ordered for my hard working husband to take to work tomorrow and the bowl was halfway made. Completely half the size of the other bowl in this order. It literally had not even a full scoop of ground beef. So now I am having to order additional food from somewhere else to complete a meal for my husbands lunch tomorrow.

Came in at 6 - all the food on the line looked old and dried out and some items weren't even available. Tables and floor were filthy. Metal serving trays were sticky and gross. Trash cans all full to the top. Will not be returning.

The rice was severely undercooked, crunchy and pretty much inedible. The beans, on the other hand, were over cooked, and basically a pile of mush. They were also out of many ingredients. Overall not a great experience. I hope they find a way to improve because I love Moe's and would love to support our local spot!

Walked in at 6p , place was pretty empty (red flag)a man in front of us was getting his tortilla loaded and mentioned she forgot the crunchy shell. She asked her unfriendly coworker(another red flag)for assistance The way they moved his food around on the tortilla to add the shell was pretty disgusting. He even made a comment how gross that was and they didn't even acknowledge him. I was already turned off by that and the unfriendly employee . Thought I'd get a chicken burrito but in checking out the chicken and steak , it looked like it had sat in that bucket since noon. I wasn't paying an extra $1+ for dried chicken. I was looking everywhere for the ground beef and didn't see it so I asked the unfriendly employee for ground beef. She reaches toward a bucket that I thought were black beans but it was a black layer of dried who knows what over the beef (major red flag)from sitting out all day. She dipped the spoon in it and pulled up ground beef. Moving over to the vegetables, the salsa bucket was about empty so she spooned the last bit out for me, the cilantro was not fresh but the grated cheese was the only thing I was happy to see looked fresh. My daughter got the same thing and the whole time in the car we were wondering if we should even eat it or chance food poisoning. We ate half and threw the rest out the window for animals. I'll definitely never ever eat there again.

Worst store i ever been to literally. The manager is nowhere to be found all day everyday. She never trained anybody , she doesnt help out at all and just watched her employees do everything. I will never be coming back to this store.

If I could give this place, no stars I would. I have been going to Moes for years and this one by far consistently is the worst moes I have ever been to. This place is consistently bad. An hour before closing they don’t have white rice, salsa, jalapeños, no mushrooms, no steak. It sucks here. Absolutely awful. They don’t have the normal salsas either. Also they are extremely rude and move slow here. It’s like you’re bothering them at work. And it’s always this way. Go to Buford by the mall to have a good experience. This place is awful in every category. Also, they don’t have the open sign on bc they don’t want your business.
