Got home my son opened the box and it was hair on the pizza. The crazy part is when the guy started making my pizza he had just came from the back put his phone in his pocket and started preparing and flipping the dough. I asked the manager could he wash his hands put on gloves and remake the pizza and he did. All to get home and discover hair wrapped in cheese underneath the sausage. Just nasty and unsanitary.

Best case scenario you end up with a Papa John's pizza. You know what that tastes like. It's always fine. If you order from this one, be prepared to be so mad you can hardly eat it. This is twice now the app says it's ready, but when you head inside, you wait with 10 other angry people for an additional 20 minutes in a tiny waiting area of pure chaos. Employees are completely lost and have 0% empathy for their customers who believe their pizza is ready when it is not. Good leadership is apparently hard to find at this location in Braselton. Absolute 🤡 show.

If I could give zero I would. Tonight we did an online order THREE HOURS before we wanted to pick it up. We arrive at the time we selected TO PICK IT UP. The guy told us it would be at least 30 minutes before our order was ready. We ended up canceling our order since the game was starting soon and it wouldn’t be fair to come BACK OUT when we had done our part and scheduled ahead. This was our first impression of this location (since they just opened) and I certainly will not be back.

We had an issue with our order, but Zack O made it right. It’s rare to see such good customer service nowadays, so it was quite refreshing. I’m happy to support this place, and the prices on carry out are 1/2 off right now. Decent price, decent product, and great service!

It’s the little things! I am pregnant and I was craving Papa John’s pizza with the bomb garlic sauce and I really craving their Pepperoncinis! My husband placed a pick up order and told Zach, the gentleman working, the situation and he hooked us up big time! I am so thankful! He totally made our experience memorable and went out of his way to be kind to complete strangers! Such a blessing! Wish more places were like this! Thank you!
After getting off work I didn't feel like making anything for dinner so we decided to order pizza, easy enough or so we thought. Ordered from doordash got an email that the order was completed and few minutes later I got a message that the order was canceled due to the store rejected the order. So I called the store and was told no we never even received your order that's a doordash problem. So after calling doordash and cussing them up one side and down the other they said they had to hold my money for 5 to 7 days before refund... totally unacceptable and seemed like theft to me never will I ever use that shady service again. So I called papa johns back again and ordered over the phone with what I thought was the actual store but it was their call center. And wouldn't you know it papa johns call center took my order and payment then canceled the order and refunded my money again. At this point I'm an hour into this process and beyond pissed off, funny how hunger does that to you anyways I called the store and finally got ahold of one of the managers and went off on him wasn't his fault but here we are. He explains to me that they have absolutely no record of any of our orders never received them idk how it happened but I got swindled twice and still had no food. That guy heard my troubles and took my order and assured me I would have food at my doorstep as fast as he could get it there and would see to it personally that his guys alone would handle my food and doordash would not be involved, he also knocked a considerable amount off my order which he didn't have to do but after all the trouble I had to go through he felt it was the least he do and I appreciate that. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but if you read this you'll know who you are and thank you for everything you're the man !
