You wouldn't know you were at a Pilot/Flying J if you saw all the diesel pumps functioning. As an added bonus, these pumps are causing a dangerous traffic situation leading to the surrounding roadways. I'm wondering what treasures I'll find inside. I'm certain I'll deal with PFJ's creepily intrusive data collecting policy of using the barcode on the back of my driver's license for tobacco purchases, but I wonder what offense will assail me when I go inside. Don't be surprised! It's Pilot! The company held together by companies forcing their drivers to fuel here.

Small pilot, like always a couple of Diesel pumps not working. Truck parking small and always full. No food hot food or hot showers before 0830am. Mcdonalds open though.

Dirtiest truck stop and park is the worst at the slowest time of the day. Do not get jammed up there.

S&H seemless gutters is the name of the company that steals from customers. SCOTT HUNTER is the revolting owner and lives in Martin. He drives a silver truck with the logo on the side. He owes me $90000, ninety THOUSAND. Shun him. Scott Hunter is a liar and thief. Shun him.

Great location for truckers because of the eating options but it's too much of a hassle getting in and out for fuel! Not enough truck parking and the lot is pretty trashy.

I live local and avoid this Pilot station. I drive a diesel pickup that uses DEF. This is one of few stations in the area offering it (which is why they got 1 star). I have to get in line with the 18 wheelers that are usually backed up onto hwy 53. The pumps in the rear of the station are nasty. Diesel fuel is thick on the ground and on all pump nozzles. You do not get a receipt at the pump and need to not track in the fuel that's on your feet. I had to scrub my shoes when I got home. I agree with others that this is the worst Pilot I have ever visited. I would like to do business there since they offer the fuel types I need and allow me to use my Good Sam's discount. I also think they should tear down this station and relocate to a larger property.

Pilot has a fuel surcharge agreement with some trucking companies that pays them basically for using pilot exclusively. So I have to use it when I do not want to.

Be prepared to wait in two lines---the first is the one where the pump does not work. And then you have to go around and get in another for the one that actually does.

This place SUCKS. Last night 3 of the 7 pumps not working. TOOK 1 HR TO FUEL

This Pilot station will not change the signs for truck exit and entrance. DOT put signs up the indicate entrance and exit to keep traffic flow and SAFETY! The trucks back down the hwy or into turn in traffic to find the correct turn. This truck stop has become a danger to the residents that live behind it. (25 years before truck stop) and to the customer that try to stop.

You can literally see the trash from space. Come on Pilot, this is super gross here.

This has to be the dirtiest pilot I’ve ever been to. The lot is full of trash the grass behind the trucks is just full of it to place is absolutely disgusting
