They really need to make the stall numbers easier to find and clearer as to which stall it is for. They need to do a little more clean up of this store's exterior, too. The food was OK, but just on the trip home, my burger went soggy. I only live a 5-minute drive from this store.
ill start with this, DONT PUT STUFF ON TOP OF ANYTHING THAT HAS CHILI AND CHEESE. The last time I was there I got a milkshake. The girl, who was wearing crocs at work, Got ice-cream all over the side. She wiped once not getting it all off the side, as she clearly lacked any care nor effort. The crocs to work thing should tell you enough about the laziness in the place. Anyway, the guy working the drive thru didn't want to hand it out with the side covered in ice-cream so...
I've never had an issue with the food being good, but the service is subpar with the staff being a bit rude and short sometimes. The drive up speaker barely works, so it is nearly impossible to hear what the order taker is saying so it gets frustrating.
