My wife came to this location because it's close to our home and we dine here regularly because we live in the neighborhoods surrounding it. I was in the hospital in downtown ATL after receiving my transplant and she was on her way to visit me and wanted to grab her something to eat before she got there. So she placed an online order for the classic Breakfast sampler, trusting that they got her order correct because she was in a hurry to get to the hospital she drove and hr away to get to the hospital to find out that they got her order wrong and half cooked her food. She ordered her eggs scrambled with cheese and she received eggs barely cooked over easy & runny. She ordered grits with cheddar cheese and they gave her half cooked grits with no cheese, the grits were grainy as if someone just poured the grits fresh out the bag without being cooked at all with no cheese. The sausage wasn't cooked good, she really could have gotten sick. It was very disappointing because she had to wait until I was discharged to finally get her something to eat which was hours later. She called the location and they stated they would give her a refund which was on 12/12/2025, they explained that the refund should hit her account the following Monday. Monday 12/15/2025 came and refund was never received. She waited a couple more days and called back on 12/18/2025 to inquire about her refund, spoke to another manager in which they took her name, order #, & phone # and stated he didn't know why it hasn't been received and that he would look into it and call her back. She never received a call back nor a refund. 12/23/2025 came and my wife and I went by the location personally and the waitress called out 3 different orders they had previously gotten wrong and non of those were the orders of my wife. She then proceeded to get the manager on duty who then called the regional manager named Brenda and gave my wife the phone to speak to her. Brenda said she was driving and couldn't look up the info at the time and asked my wife to leave her info with the manager on duty and that she would make sure my wife received her refund. My wife left her name, phone number, order number & email address. No contact was ever made. It's been nearly a month and she has been given the run around and still hasn't received her refund. After this horrible experience it has really made us not want to eat at anymore ihop locations in this Jackson/ Gwinnett area.

I went out of my way to come by and pick up an order of spinach Florentine crepes. The spinach and mushrooms were not cooked done and it had no cheese inside so it was dry and bland. Very disappointed in the dude I received.

This new IHOP is excellent. Everytime we've gone, which is 4 so far, it been great food and excellent service.
As always, the pancakes and eggs were great. They must have changed their bacon as it was much better today, thicker and more meatier.
