They almost forgot my 6$ wrap to start, I had to remind them. It was so hard that it almost broke my teeth. I would rather have eaten a bowl of nails tbh. My dog wouldn’t have even eaten this. I do care for my dog though, so I would never let them eat trash like this. Once I overcame the hard exterior shell, I was faced with the cold realty of lukewarm, plastic tasting bacon. Ruined my whole day. I am now depressed, $6 more poor, and still hungry. I don’t know if I will ever recover from this.

I have placed two orders from this establishment, and on both occasions, the beverages received were predominantly cold foam. Specifically, I ordered two Venti Banana Matcha drinks, utilizing rewards for one, and received large cups filled primarily with cold foam. Despite giving the establishment a second opportunity, the issue persisted, with the drinks again consisting almost entirely of cold foam. This recurring issue is highly concerning.

I just left Starbucks holding my one year old and I don't know her name but every time I place an order for coffee I have no idea what any of it means. I just want some coffee. That's light and sweet and I don't know what I'm ordering. She saw me taste my coffee and make this face and she made me a brand new coffee and told me exactly how she made it. So when I order it it's how I like it.... SHE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH

i usually come here cause it’s right by my job and they usually give great service and always get my order right, but today i was extremely disappointed, i asked for the cookie crumble croissant and got a chocolate croissant, then i asked for a dino chocolate mocha, ive had it before, but today it taste like straight syrup.

The location is a bit tucked away from the highway..I wasn’t feeling great and ended up ordering the Medicine Ball tea — worked like a mini rescue mission. Just maybe go easy on the honey pumps unless you want a sweet surprise. Otherwise, pretty much your usual Starbucks: good, but on the pricier side

To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity - I truly enjoy coming to the Starbucks location off of Old Winder Hwy in Braselton, Ga. Monica is truly a great leader and person that protects the Brand and sets a great example to everyone that comes in contact with her

Super slow, waited on my mobile order which I had made 5 min before and got there, had to wait another 15 min for it, and thats only because I asked them for it. They were Super distracted and conversing too much!
The atmosphere is a lot more friendly here than some Starbucks. Get their glass mugs and drink the warm coffee in the store it's much better than a paper cut.

I DoorDash from here and also go through the drive thru, and it is always so good! I love the little notes left in the cup. They make me smile. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. It really does make a difference. I always leave with a smile on my face.
