I DoorDash from here and also go through the drive thru, and it is always so good! I love the little notes left in the cup. They make me smile. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. It really does make a difference. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I always get sad after going to other Starbucks because they can tend to be inconsistent, but the Braselton Starbucks— yall are awesome and always so kind. Plus, the drinks are lovely☺️

Consistent overpriced coffee but always good when you want to grab something on the go. Staff is always friendly and adjusting the sweetness of the drink is a must as they are too sweet. Other than that, it’s a standard Starbucks.
Thank you to the kind girls working there today. I was having a horrible day, ordered my drink through tears. Sweet ladies wrote the kindest notes on my drink and offered to pay for my drink (I hope you don’t get into trouble for me saying that). I decided to pay it forward instead, but your guys’ kindness is gonna push me through today. Thank you so much.

Monica was the bomb.com! My friends and I came through the drive thru about 7pm with special request we saw on tick tok, (strawberry cheesecake frapp) and her and the crew made it happen. They were so nice and patient with us.. they are our new besties🫶🏾
