We are not big cake fans, but Raina's Champagne Raspberry Cake was so good we ate it for breakfast the next day. The perfect thing for celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Simply one of the most delicious cakes we have ever tasted. Raspberry filling was out of this world. And the cake was exquisitely decorated. Our thanks to Raina at Sugar N Proof.

I had the Carmel latte a chocolate chip cookie and a hazelnut chocolate Ferrero Rocher fudge, needless to say my sweet tooth was sufficiently satisfied. The owner is awesome and very pleasant to interact with. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding!

Sugar & Proof provided the baked goods for my husband’s retirement party, and the sweet potato pound cake was truly drool-worthy. Rich, moist, and perfectly balanced — it disappeared fast. The coffee cake was equally irresistible and was practically begging to be enjoyed with a hot cup of coffee.

Both were beautifully made and clearly crafted with care and talent. Guests couldn’t stop talking about them and...
