Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The kids working there mess up the food and order. Without a fail my comes out messy like a little kid made it. Especially don’t waste your time door dashing from here half your food will be missing

Crazy slow drive thru at night!

I drove up to the location. The signage and park lot lights were off, but cars were in the drive through and lights on inside. I went through the drive thru. I had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes to order (i was the 4th car in line). I ordered the Luxe box and the new Diablo fries. They said that they did not have fries. I notice three other cars in front of me. I finally go to the window and 20 minutes later. I sat at the window for them to give me a burrito, drink, cinnamon twist and chalupa for over 20 minutes. He gave me the bag. I asked if it was to come in the box. They were out of boxes. I asked for taco sauces. They were out of sauces. I spent 55 minutes to get a $7 Luxe meal. I would like for corporate office to contact me.

Man there was 3 guys working there and omg I got my food so fast.I’ve never tasted fresher Taco Bell food in my life. Workers were chill and didn’t forget anything. Shoutout to the guys working Sunday around 1:30

Came through there at 11:pm Sunday night and they gave me a wet taco, nachos with little to no cheese on the nachos and meat. I had all those chips with one chip that had chips and cheese on them. Crunch wrap with nothing in it.

I just came by to pickup my mobile order from the drive thru. It was really busy with it being 6pm and i understandably waited in line for a while. When i got to the window there was a teenage boy who was extremely polite but you could tell he was overwhelmed. Then i saw this older woman (Debra) come up to this teenager and visibly yelling and cursing out this teenager. Never in my life have i seen a “manager” who is over twice her coworkers age behave like that. It was completely unacceptable. When i made eye contact with debra through the window the kid gave me my food because she started to yell at him about that as well and i even heard her name calling the poor kid.
When i pulled out of the drive thru i stopped an employee and asked her about the yelling and she told me that Debra always acts like that. I just wanted to leave this review so the franchise owner knows about this situation.
First of all there is no atmosphere, it's plain and boring, unlike how it used to be. In the last year I've probably been to dozens of Taco bells and only one that I can think of were the service was good. As far as the food it's not worth the price you have to pay... Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite restaurants but I no longer care to go. So sad

This Taco Bell is a joke. They were out of all caffeine and freeze drinks, and I couldn’t even hear what the drink options were at the window. After paying, I asked the older lady again what the drink options were. I then asked if I could just get two Frescas, to go with my two combos and the older lady said sure. Then a younger girl with piercings all over her face came up with the rudest attitude I’ve ever experienced and snapped at me. Said “I asked you at the window” and there’s going to be an upcharge. All yall could have said was hey we don’t have any drinks but we’re going to upcharge for the drinks we do have. What a joke, I understand stuff happens but yall need to find some new staff. The girl is horrible and needs to be fired immediately before she causes anymore problems with customers.
