This Taco Bell is a joke. They were out of all caffeine and freeze drinks, and I couldn’t even hear what the drink options were at the window. After paying, I asked the older lady again what the drink options were. I then asked if I could just get two Frescas, to go with my two combos and the older lady said sure. Then a younger girl with piercings all over her face came up with the rudest attitude I’ve ever experienced and snapped at me. Said “I asked you at the window” and there’s going to be an upcharge. All yall could have said was hey we don’t have any drinks but we’re going to upcharge for the drinks we do have. What a joke, I understand stuff happens but yall need to find some new staff. The girl is horrible and needs to be fired immediately before she causes anymore problems with customers.

My experience was not one I expected. I usually love Taco Bell. Today’s visit wasn’t the same. I ordered the 7 dollar box and it was missing my chips. That was okay but the attitude of the lil young Indian gal working behind the counter, she could care less. Such bad attitudes for customer service. Come o. People…you can do better this this!! Do your dang job and be thankful you are able to work DWA

The last time I purchased food from here I got the Taco Doritos and they were soggy, didn't have any sour cream on them and they were supposed to be supremes. I didn't complain because I thought maybe you know somebody was having a bad day. But then last night when I went there my husband got the taco salad. No meat, double beans, double cheese, tomato and lettuce. Well got home. The beans tasted stale. The lettuce was brown and I don't even think there was probably like maybe two pieces of a tomato on there so that was unacceptable. So needless to say we were very upset with our meal. I know it was after 12:00 AM so we really didn't have time to come back up there to talk to someone about it. So now I'm writing this review. To my fellow Taco Bell lovers, make sure you check your food before you leave the drive-thru window, which is where we placed and picked up our order. I don't think we'll be going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon.

This location just lost $400 plus in monthly revenue from just me over a $0.10 cup of ice. They charged me $2.79 plus tax for a large cup of ice. I will not be back.
You have to ask for tomatoes and other condiments. Ex: lettuce, meat, sour cream. Or, they will give you bare minimum.

Pulled up to the building and they were doing push-ups in the lobby. I ordered the 7.00 Luxe box and the Chicken Chalupa is loaded down with lettuce, 4 small pieces of chicken, a few bits of tomato, and of course the thick bread champagne. It also came with a taco supreme and it has a bunch of meat and tomatoes, but a very small amount of lettuce. Who is suppose to eat this and why are there no standards?

My bro in the drive thru window got a little flustered when the race let out and 20+ cars showed up at once, BUT they held it down, made our food perfect, and we left full and happy. Great job! A+
