TL;DR: Complete lack of service, overpriced food, zero ventilation. Still hungry and reeking of old grease.
We had the worst experience here. The ventilation here is basically non-existent so be prepared to smell like grease for the rest of the day. We were seated quickly, which was great. Then we waited an incredibly long time for anyone to acknowledge us. The food came out rather quickly but half of it was missing so we couldn't all start eating at the same time. The biggest problem was the service or lack thereof. Nicole never checked on us and we had to rely on the food runners for support. She never came to see if the food was correct (or all there), never refilled our beverages, nothing. And it wasn't like she was busy. She only appeared to be working one other table. When the owner finally came to our table, we had to ask her for the check and, when prompted, told her that no one had checked on us in awhile. That got Nicole's attention because she came to the table not to ask us if we needed anything but to drop the checks on the table with clear attitude. Took the money with attitude. Brought the receipts with attitude. It's our fault that she didn't do her job apparently. đ€·đ»ââïž We will not be back.

The experience we had with Nicole as our waitress was enough to keep me away from this place for a while. She was not friendly, did not check on us or even tell us they had specials. My wifeâs bacon was floppy and she asked for it to be crisp which would not have been a problem to correct had she actually came and checked on us. With more options becoming available in this area now, I will not be spending my money at this place again.

Best brunch for the win! I went with a delicious seasonal apple crepe which was phenomenal and beautifully presented. My mom got their special which was a Swiss stuffed galette topped with Swiss polenta, mushrooms, and curry. It was beyond amazing. I could eat there everyday although I'd probably stop fitting in my clothes. Theyâre owned by a precious couple who truly care about their customer satisfaction and pour their authentic French roots into their food. The caramel iced latte was sooooo good too. Topped with homemade chattily! -YUM!

The French couple that own the restaurant are so very nice. The husband is the chef and he is amazing. We sat outside for brunch and the food was excellent. I can't wait to go back.

For the 5th time! We have been turned away. We were one of the first parties to arrive. The young lady says any reservations. Calls the reservations, one doesnât show for a party of 5, another party of 5 only 2 people there. Party of 9, 3 people there. We were a party of 5 and were told 45 minutes. If you arenât there for your reservation you lose it! This has happened when we were just 2 of us, 4 other times. You have not only lost customers you have lost really good and loyal potential customers. We will go where business is appreciated and wanted. Another crappy Braselton Business!!!!
