Seating super uncomfortable. Nice owner, nice service, and employees. No blue cheese is a travesty when you sell a buffalo wrap. I don’t order much because of that.

I ordered an açaí bowl and a quesadilla from here today and let meee tell you what!!!!! OMG IT WAS AMAZING!! I’m always busy and on the go and looking for something healthy and this is the place! Day two of eating here! Whoever worked today thank you thank you! It was so good!!!!

Came in and ordered a smoothie. The girl that made it let it sit in the blender too long so it melted, she pulled it out, looked in the blender, threw another scoop of ice in my $9 smoothie and blended it again. It came out like an ice slushy with a hint of blueberry. If you’re going to charge $9 for a drink, make it the right way or don’t make it at all.

We went after a hike and were all sweaty. Still, we were greeted warmly and served great smoothies with an even better smile from the young lady working. We liked the variety and will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Having visited this establishment a second time, I must express that improvements in customer service are warranted. During this visit, there was no greeting or welcoming from any staff member. In contrast, my previous experience with a male employee was quite positive, as he demonstrated excellent customer service skills. However, the female employees seemed less attentive, with one appearing unhappy and without a smile. It is my belief that customer service plays a crucial role in the overall experience.

Really disappointed by our experience here. The wait was super long and they ended up accidentally giving our food to someone else. When that person came back in to share that the order was wrong- we were then handed the order directly from the other customer who had already opened the wraps. (Instead of them making us new wraps) I had to then ask if they would make new ones since our food had been touched by someone else and they were annoyed and confused as to why I was concerned about that. Just overall not the best experience.

So impressed with this new location! The food has been 10/10 every time. And the service has been outstanding. Robert has taken my order 2 times and has been so friendly and kind. He is such a joy to talk to. Will definitely be coming back!

This tropical smoothie cafe is honestly amazing in every way. I’m a fruit lover so I know was going love the açaí bowl but I was pleasantly surprised by the pb banana crunch which was fire. Super clean facility and in general everyone was friendly notably their manager Joseph!

My daughter ordered a bowl and they gave her a smoothie. The manager refused to make it right and charged us for a bowl on top of the smoothie. Joseph is the manager. Very poor customer service

I originally gave this place a 5 star rating but had to change it due to the service on 5/18. first issue i Stood at register for at least 5min without anyone greeting me. 2nd issue another staff member was cleaning some area taking her time talking to a customer that seemed like her friend while the other 2 staff members were rushing to get orders complete. third i asked for lite sauce but after waiting over 30mins my sandwich was drenched in sauce. It was clear that management was not around and teens were running the shop!
