I ordered an açaí bowl and a quesadilla from here today and let meee tell you what!!!!! OMG IT WAS AMAZING!! I’m always busy and on the go and looking for something healthy and this is the place! Day two of eating here! Whoever worked today thank you thank you! It was so good!!!!
We went after a hike and were all sweaty. Still, we were greeted warmly and served great smoothies with an even better smile from the young lady working. We liked the variety and will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.
Having visited this establishment a second time, I must express that improvements in customer service are warranted. During this visit, there was no greeting or welcoming from any staff member. In contrast, my previous experience with a male employee was quite positive, as he demonstrated excellent customer service skills. However, the female employees seemed less attentive, with one appearing unhappy and without a smile. It is my belief that customer service plays a crucial role...
