We went to this place during Vine Fest weekend for lunch. Food is slightly above average, limited choices if you are vegan or vegetarian. We liked the ambience and service is top notch. Overall good experience!
It was a lovely experience overall. We arrived and wandered the grounds, ate some grapes and after ordering drinks from the pub went and sat on the grass in a sunbeam. Dinner was in the Versailles room and while the food and service were amazing, the noise level and tvs made it seem less like an intimate dinner and more like we should have showed up in blue jeans. Blown away by the ambience of the winery and inn. Greetings and customer service matched. I have traveled the world auditing wineries and the staff were knowledgeable, in particular staff KD. Never knew Georgia offered such an experience. Then the wines were exceptional! Not too many winemakers can display their mastery through both white and red wines equally while creating a personality for each wine. The winemaker is a Genius!
