I came in this morning purchase the star meal with sausage grits eggs,waffle add bacon,i waited for 53min,also i watch people came in same time i did they finished their meal i still didnt have mine,then when i get home no bacon but i paid them $21.and change this all i get,never again.

Terrible customer service Waitress Jaz was not attentive at all . We had to ask her several times for items. She would go, laugh and talk with other employees and make us wait. She never came back to our table to ask how our food was, if we needed anything, a refill ect.. We tried several times to get her attention for a refill of coffee but again, too busy socializing with other employees. Finally the big white guy, I think his name was Blake, or maybe not .. anyway we got his attention for more coffee which he did bring us, but looked pissed off becausehe had to. He never spoke a word, very angry looking.. 0 stars for customer service! š

A typical waffle house it was good, quick food, cooked fresh. The store is clean and easy to get in and out on the road. If waffle house is your jam you'll like this one.

6 June 2025 10am. We got a glare of hatred immediately upon entering from two team members and it got worse after we sat down. Our server's tone of voice, facial expression and posture loudly broadcasted malicious hatred so we left without ordering. My wife wore a plain dress and I had a plain black shirt and shorts so it appears it wasn't our clothes. That just leaves the fact that we're white and in our late 50s and the server is a young black woman.
