Got the cheesesteak and was not impressed. I am not even sure that it had any cheese on it.
When we walked in we chose to order on the pickup kiosk, the kiosk didn’t have half the things we came for. Then the restaurant itself had to be at least 90 degrees inside. Let me remind you we live and Georgia and it’s summer time. Overall this place gets a thumbs down for me.
Can't really call it service. Tried to tell the staff the sweet tea was bad, but they couldn't understand. Decent burger, but not for $20 for just a burger and drink, no fries.
First time we’ve visited a Wayback Burger and I hope the food and service is this great at all of them! The burgers were seasoned perfectly. I got the Cajun burger, my wife got the double bacon cheeseburger and a chili cheese dog (to try). Also tried the cheesy tots and chili cheese fries, all of which was delicious! (Brought home leftovers.)
Only a 4 star rating because it was HOT in there. I could see the thermostat was set at 82 😮 little warm for my taste.
Horrible customer experience, pricey for the quality of food they are serving. Expected better from a craft burger place honestly. Would not recommend this place . This was our first and last time eating here.

Do yourself a favor and try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake. Everything else was good also!
