They lock the doors when I tried to enter at 10:13pm for a pickup when the dining room closes at 11pm and I see people still eating inside. Tried to get an employee’s attention but just got ignored. Fries also soggy and cold along with the burger, which I waited for over 15 mins on drive thru.

I was very surprised and how efficient the service was for how busy they were on a Friday night. Everything was cooked fresh and we didn't have to wait extremely long for food.
I would give braselton a negative 10,we observed from inside the establishment the drive thru attendant digger into her nose more than once and handling food and soda cups with the finger that was digging into her nose was in the cups to fill up soda's.we alerted management which they showed no concern for the customers,we were so disgusted we left and have never been back to wendy's and never will go to another wendy's.once you see that you can never unsee it.we have warned our friends to not eat there,we now call it the Booger Burger place BEWARE TO ALL THAT EAT THERE!

It was the most disgusting burger I've ever attempted to consume. Ate 2 bites of 1 of the burgers and tossed the second one into the garbage . Over priced and not edible. Will not ever eat there again or recommend it to my friends or anyone for that matter. Burger King and McDonalds have nothing to worry about.

Thank heavens I only spent $4. The food was old, stale, and just unappealing. Would not recommend you stop here for even cheap food.
