Usually I have no issues With any zax restaurant. But I like the MR beast box, I usually get it and I have so much food leftover even when I share a box with my wife. We literally open up the box to half the food missing. That’s not how the beast box was for so many times before. I felt like I got chipped. We ate so lil, and it was gone… both still hungry. We usually are stuffed and got so much leftovers. Felt rip off for sure.

I had the nicest young lady named Alex take my order today at the counter. I can’t remember the last time I was treated so nice. Best customer service ever! All the employees there should strive to treat customers the way she does. That girl needs a raise!

This location is very good!! Our local Jefferson restaurant was out of stuff and so we made the extra drive and we’re glad we did! Food was great and fresh and didn’t take long to get our food in the drive through.

Zaxby's is always good to me. This visit I tried the new Mr. Beast box or whatever it was called. Very good, nice portions and it even included a chocolate bar...bonus!

Very disappointed to find out you no longer have onion rings ...they were my favorite thing and most of the reason I went to zaxbys ...guess I won't be back as much
