While paying at the drive thru my phone started notifying me of charges. The manager, who took my card used it to pay for my order and the two orders behind me without my knowledge. I confronted her before pulling away about the charges. She refunded me two completely different charges that equaled a few cents higher than what she charged me for. Seems like flat out fraud being attempted. She was not apologetic and seemed upset I caught her!

This place use to be good but idk the food is slapped together or sometimes doesn’t taste fresh.you can tell this place went down hill. The drive thru is always empty now and days. So we hardly go here. We are hoping it goes back to being good again. We gonna keep hope

It's been a while since I went to a Zaxby's but was in the area, horrible traffic so did t want to get home and cook so came here. Line was long so had a girl outside to take order, payment , so ordered 2 six piece, 4 sauces each, then asked me if I wanted extra bread instead of coleslaw, I said I wanted both/ extra bread and coleslaw because I had no drinks. $25 or so , order was ready in 4 min prob, quick , nice , efficient!! Got home, only had 2 sauces total, no extra bread, but it was good ole zaxby's and was tender ( not as crunchy) as usual but had the flavor I love. They didn't charge for the sauces so I did t care. The girl did the best she could and showed up for work and was nice so if you're in for zaxbys , it's as good as most! Recommend!

We eat at this location often. Food has always been exactly as we ordered. No problems with using the drive through or using their app. Staff is always friendly and polite. We usually have the big zac snack meal. The white cheddar bites are good too !
I ordered a funnel cake, but it was over baked and it didn't have funnel cake shaped, so disappointed because I always order over here and the food and service was

Nothing but good things to be said about this Zaxby's.. I ordered a Cobb salad with extra bacon and a large water..It was absolutely hands-down one of the best Cobb salads I've ever gotten from a Zaxby's. The service was excellent and friendly. I would definitely eat here again and I'd like to add this was around lunchtime and the service was fast and the quality was excellent. Thank you.

Noelle, the manager on shift, was rude and didn’t want to talk to me about why my order wasn’t right. Instead she insisted that the extra ingredient I ordered was in my food. But yet she refused to look at my food in order to see if that was really the case. She only wanted to talk once I had asked for a number to the GM. Clearly she had no intention of helping a customer until it would reflect bad on her to her superiors. I own my business and deal with clients everyday. This is not how it’s done. I frequently come to this location. Pathetic service.
