Went threw drive thru friday night and again on tuesday evening both times in drive thru ask for ketchup and arbys sauce got home checked bags no sauce and no napkins i guess what customers want or ask for dont matter !

Take out food is packaged carelessly. Sandwich was smashed and jalapeno bites broken up and smashed. Large portion of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper.

It's a longer and the drive thru to order a 2 piece, chicken finger mill.For a kit, can it would be to order a whole family pack for someone on the inside?And on top of that, the ice cream machine was down so couldn't get that couldn't get the beverage I wanted because the beverage machine was down.It's all in all this experience was a 2 out of 10 I don't know who needs to be improved to make that a better experience for customers.Because I know I'm not the only one.Thank you

Jordin held the door for us as I came in with my son, who has disabilities, and my daughter. He treated us with more understanding and respect than I think anyone has when I have been in a restaurant with my son.
Usually ok but not ever really good here unfortunately. Recently A live roach has come from here hanging onto a drink carrier, half done sandwiches and meat hanging outside of the box . That's just gross and sloppy for how expensive it is!

The service here is usually always good. I never have to wait very long for my food and it's always been fresh food. The place stays pretty clean. The staff seem polite and most of the other customers I encountered here were polite as well. They do a good job and I eat here frequently. Try there Hamburgers, There better than any other fast food burger you can get in the area.
Paid $20 for cold sandwiches and cold fries. Called over and over and over to get no answer. It’s just incredibly unfortunate to already over pay for fake food, and it can’t even be hot. And not one adult working in the restaurant can pick up the phone. Insanely unprofessional and ridiculous

There's tons of restaurants and other fast food places in this area. Go anywhere else. This place is unorganized, can't get orders out on time and when they do, it's not the whole order. Staff is inattentive. They also gave us punctured sauces, gross. Save your money and time for somewhere with competent employees.
