One Star Absolutely Disgusting. Shut This Location Down.
I’ve given the Captain D’s in Bremen, GA two chances and both were HORRIBLE. I actually love Captain D’s as a brand, but this location is a complete joke and a waste of hard-earned money.
First of all, the chicken strips looked like chicken nuggets tiny, dry, and absolutely not worth almost $13. And don’t even get me started on the temperature of the food it was cold to the touch. Not lukewarm. COLD. I literally broke my fast to get dinner with my kids so we could enjoy the Kids' Choice Awards together. They wanted Chick-fil-A, and I should have listened. I would’ve been better off eating a PB&J.
No wonder there's never a line at this place. Every time I drive by, it looks deserted and now I understand why. When I pulled up, I honestly thought it was closed. It looked completely lifeless. After this experience, it should be.
Please shut this location down the same way they shut down Popeyes in Bremen. This place is an embarrassment to the Captain D’s name. Disgusting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious food, friendly staff, and fast service! The fish was crispy, sides were fresh, and everything tasted great. Clean restaurant and great value. Will definitely come back soon!

Very bad experience the young man that was taking the order was very rude. Basically he told me you take it or leave it. He didn’t care. They served me something that I did not ask for then he went to tell his associates about it and laughing about it I guess nobody takes serious customer service that door. I guess that’s all come to 3.8 because they’re not good for nothing Very disappointed. I do not recommend it next time. I won’t stop in breathing. I’ll go straight to Carrollton, where they really do treat you well and respect not young kids that think that they are in the world and can be rude to older people.

Customer service very rude the young man that was serving he had an attitude didn’t care. He just brought out the food and tossed it on the table and then he started laughing with some people in the back of the kitchen has no customer service whatsoever. No wonder they are rated 3.8.

Pulled up to drive thru at 9:35 and they close at 10pm told us at drive thru they were closed for the night.

Traveling through. Stopped in and was greeted with the best customer service and the best okra I have ever had at a fast food place. Everything was good so they deserve this review!

My husband and I went in to enjoy a meal and had the worst experience ever. Now , we began to look at the menu and the cashier walked past us not even acknowledging our presence and began to clean tables just completely ignoring the fact we are at the register trying to place an order, then the drive through guy came out of the restroom and proceeded to walked past us again we were being totally ignored. Not a hello or someone will be with you shortly. Then the lady cook in back with the buzz cut hair looked at us and said nothing as well didn’t even call for someone to assist us. The last lady in the grey shirt whom I assume was the manager on duty peeked around the corner and said nothing. We waited patiently for 5 minutes which in turn felt like an awkward 10 minute or more and still no service, so we left. I was so disappointed I called them to ask for the customer service number and they told me to look it up online. Never will I return there again.
