My order was totally messed up. I went with 4 children. I ordered entrees for us all. I thought the price was pretty outrageous when she told me how much. She repeated it back to me. I asked were these all entrees, not meals, and she said yes. When the food was brought to the table...they were all meals! None of the children like or eat French fries so it was a lot of money as well as food wasted for me! I just couldn't believe it!

Brought a bus load on our way to camp. Everyone had their food within 15 minutes. Incredible staff!

Do better. Every time I get food here no matter if it's drive thru/carry out/online/in store, some part of my order is always wrong. Picked up food today and went to eat it it was no only the wrong sandwich from what I ordered but the bread was hard my lettuce and tomatoes were limp and slimy and didn't come with any sauce. I ended up just having to eat only a dry piece of chicken.

Not online orders … got my order last night and both drinks were wrong. Sweet tea tastes soured and diet lemonade tasted like it was mixed with tea. Had to throw them both away. Do better chic Fila.

I don’t usually do these kind of things but it really is something I need to say. So I go to the drive thru today 2/20/25 at 1:30ish and i pull to the order screen and let them know I have a mobile order. I then proceed to pull around to pick up my order and I see 2 girls standing out outside. So I pull on up to get my food and I’m confused. Why do you have 2 people standing outside right before you pull-up to get food? Normally they are standing out where the heaters and fans are to take your order. It’s 31 degrees outside and these girls are standing out there under nothing. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous they are having them do that. If you want them outside at least put them under the heaters!

Having a Signature Membership I’m quite disappointed in the service received at this location. During travel we decided to stop here for my grandparents. For over 10+ years we’ve order fries with no salt at any Chick Fil A. This location said they were unable to honor this request because fries already has salt on them. We knew wasn’t true. Also, our food was lurk warm which is not the norm. I’ve only had bad experiences with 2 locations therefore I’m still a loyal customer.
Can't complain about the service it was really good. Is it me or is the chicken shrinking? I've had thicker sausage patties than the 🐔 on my biscuit. It isn't just in the morning, the sandwiches are shrinking too. Look at what you get vs the photos, it isn't even close. I still remember when chick fil a was the only restaurant in the mall in Athens, the line was out the door and it was so good. Just don't know what has happened. You may have invented the chicken sandwich, others are just getting better.
