To begin with it wasn’t a lot of cars there (which should have been a red flag), but we went through the drive thru and I was told I couldn’t have salt-less fries (which should have been another red flag). So I ordered a fruit cup with my meal instead and my daughter ordered the nugget meal. We got back on the interstate and I took a bite out of my chicken sandwich and I told my daughter it tasted funny but I ate it anyway. I pulled out my fruit cup and it looked as if someone had ate some of the fruit out of it so naturally I didn’t eat it. My daughter ate her fries and stated her food taste weird but kept eating them and then she was eating her nuggets when she started to make a face. She felt a piece of hair on her lip and tried to grab it but noticed it was coming out of her mouth from the chicken nugget in her mouth, she then spit it out and it was multiple hairs in that nugget. Naturally she didn’t eat anything else. My daughter is 23 years old not a little girl. We were too far down to turn around and go back plus we were on the way to my son’s basketball game in Alabama. I am not sure if it was an off day or what but I wouldn’t risk it again especially while traveling. I have a picture of my fruit cup fresh out of the bag but no pictures of anything else because it was to gross.

This Chick-fil-A consistently messes up orders or leaves items out. Today I ordered a side salad and they forgot to include the toppings in the bag. The salad itself was not fresh and looked like it was past its quality date, and the worst part was that there was a ROACH of some kind in the salad.

We stopped at this location tonight for two salads. When I pulled up to the drive-thru there were no other cars in the line behind us but the 3 girls that were working acted if neither wanted to take our order, the one that finally decided to help us scoffed at her coworkers saying that she had been outside since 7. Once she decided to take our order she was very polite, but once we got to the window the shift manager didn't even look our direction, she directed the young lady to pull us forward. We sat there for a few minutes and the girl walks back to our car and proceeded to tell us that company policy only allows us to receive 2 dressings per salad not 8, I said we never asked for 8 only 2, then she said well whoever took your order put in 8 and I said I didn't ask for 8 so that's their issue. So she walked off and finally returned with our order and 1 dressing per salad, so my husband got out of the car and got it corrected. Someone needs to retrain the whole store especially the manager because they're the ones who are supposed to lead everyone else.

Last three visits we have received poor service. We use the app, order the same four meals every time and it has become a running joke that when we use the drive through no matter what time of day or how busy this place is we are asked to pull forward and park. Parking defeats the purpose and convenience of the drive through. We have contacted CFA customer service requesting a phone call from the operator only to be ignored or have free food sent our way. Based on other reviews I’ve seen, this location seems to have significant issues. I expect better from CFA and would love the opportunity to speak with operator Josh Prichard regarding this matter.

I have had to contact customer service 3 times in the past month regarding poor service at this location. Every time we go through the drive thru no matter what time of day we are asked to pull forward and wait in the parking lot. We always order ahead through the app and order the same four meals. The food is always good, they often forget straws or let the syrup run out for their drinks but those things don’t bother us as much as the poor service. The owner/operator needs to get it together. I have requested a phone call and have been given free food and ignored. I don’t want free food I want better service. If I wanted to wait in the parking lot I would do curbside pick up. I expect more out of CFA.

I only gave this location 4 stars because they almost always forget something from our orders. Kids toys, sauces, salsa for breakfast burritos, granola or roasted almonds for salads. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and food is good (when it’s all there)

I ordered a drink that was badly over filled through the drive-thru. The lady noticed when she handed it to me. She apologized and took it back in. She clearly took a napkin and wiped off the overflow because she left a chunk of wet napkin on my lid. I was shocked and saddened.

I love to go to Chick-Fil-A, my complaint is the sausage breakfast bowl that I love that you pay a lot of money for and get soooo little. This is my favorite Chick-fil-a because of the employees. The employees are AMAZING. I just can't justify the money I spend to the amount of food I get. I called back and told them I could see the bottom of the bowl because there was so little food. The girl said well you only get a little food in a bowl. She said I was welcome to go back but I was already at work. Guess it's time to go to Jack's.
