Very good lunch. Waitress could be a little more friendly. Need non dairy creamer Over Al good experience would always recommend to others

Didn’t get the meal we asked for…..twice. They took the meal off of the total bill but my wife didn’t get her meal.

When my family eats at this location we always have good service

Traveled through Bremen this evening. Usually Cracker Barrel is a place to relax on a long trip. Unfortunately the hostess was very rude, barely spoke and no eye contact at all. The waitress was sweet but very busy and needed help. The food was lukewarm. However the young man that was at cashier stand saved the night. Super friendly and engaging. He needs some praise please.

Very dissatisfied, very slow. Waitress tried her best but was fairly new. The kitchen was understaffed or something. Communication was very poor from kitchen to service staff. Needs some major work.
Food has gone down hill something awful as have the portions. Menu choices have been downgraded as well.
Needs even more work. This used to be a good place to go for a group, but not evident by this visit.

I visited the Bremen, Ga Cracker Barrel (CB) location for breakfast around 9:20 AM on December 27th.

The service (Payton) was good and so was the coffee - ah so good! However, the silverware was grimy and crusted with food bits. The eggs, bacon, and biscuits were cold. The bacon, my favorite was seemingly old and chewy. I did eat a bit of sausage gravy and the top half of the biscuit. The rest I pushed away.

Now, don’t make me a bad guy. I tipped the waitress five bucks because none of the infractions were her fault, as I told her so.

Out of my whole life eating at CB, I have never experienced this strange phenomenon. I go to CB for dinner regularly and always get Chicken Fried Chicken because the breaded chicken and gravy are my top choice. I can’t help but order it routinely. I even eat my vegetables, too!

My complaint and post is based on the thought that CB management will fix this anomaly in Bremen, Georgia.
