Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ordered Doordash from Cracker Barrel. The food arrived quickly, so doordash was excellent. But the food was horrible. I ordered 3 pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. 2 of the pancakes were undercooked and had black stuff all over them - possibly because the grill needed cleaning, 1 of the pancakes was only half a pancake, and my eggs were not scrambled. All they did was pop the yolks. I called doordash and they refunded my bill of $17. But cracker barrel refused to give me a refund - so I called doordash and they happily refunded the $17 bill. I expected much better quality from cracker barrel.

The food was delicious and full of flavor. The service was excellent—Angela did a fantastic job and really took care of us. We’ll definitely be back soon

If you are a Cracker Barrel fan then you know it is generally consistent with food and service. We enjoy eating here and wife likes to shop the unique items in the gift shops. Brings a nostalgic feeling for us old people...

Chicken tenders had some gristle but we're good except for that

Didn’t get the meal we asked for…..twice. They took the meal off of the total bill but my wife didn’t get her meal.

Traveled through Bremen this evening. Usually Cracker Barrel is a place to relax on a long trip. Unfortunately the hostess was very rude, barely spoke and no eye contact at all. The waitress was sweet but very busy and needed help. The food was lukewarm. However the young man that was at cashier stand saved the night. Super friendly and engaging. He needs some praise please.

Very dissatisfied, very slow. Waitress tried her best but was fairly new. The kitchen was understaffed or something. Communication was very poor from kitchen to service staff. Needs some major work.
Food has gone down hill something awful as have the portions. Menu choices have been downgraded as well.
Needs even more work. This used to be a good place to go for a group, but not evident by this visit.
