If you want customer service go elsewhere. This place sucks. Especially since they dont honor the wait list times. Letting others with bigger parties not checked in on the app in before they call your party is bs. Stay away.

We went to the Bremen location Saturday afternoon. We had a large party. Our server was Austin. He was fantastic from the very beginning and continued exceptional service throughout our entire visit. He made sure that we had everything we needed the entire meal. We never had empty cups and checked on us regularly. Kudos on hiring this exceptional young man!

went on to the location at I-20 and Hwy 27 in Bremen GA.
The waitress was decent a little slow and was very impatient.
I ordered the pancakes with scrambled eggs and country ham.
These were the worst pancakes and were so touch I had to cut with a knife. The Country ham was easier to cut than the pancakes. Eggs were over done and almost as tough as the pancakes.
After all of the hype about the logo change and the theme change in some of their restaurants I wanted to give them a try.
Will be the last visit to a Cracker Barrel.

I posted 2 yrs. ago good. Now I have to say the last 3 times I've been in for breakfast and early dinners the food has been cold, not fresh and looked like it was just thrown on the plate plus out of southern fried chicken not only today but for 2 days. CB your really falling short

I ordered Doordash from Cracker Barrel. The food arrived quickly, so doordash was excellent. But the food was horrible. I ordered 3 pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. 2 of the pancakes were undercooked and had black stuff all over them - possibly because the grill needed cleaning, 1 of the pancakes was only half a pancake, and my eggs were not scrambled. All they did was pop the yolks. I called doordash and they refunded my bill of $17. But cracker barrel refused to give me a refund - so I called doordash and they happily refunded the $17 bill. I expected much better quality from cracker barrel.
