Hadn’t been to a cracker barrel in a long time. Finally went back a few days ago with my family and I was very pleased and impressed. Our waitress, Dixie, was so pleasant and kind. She gave me and my family the absolute best service we’d gotten in a while. Always asked if we needed anything. She was going above and beyond to give the absolute best experience she could. Not just to me and my family, but to all the other patrons under her care. The food was delicious as well. We could hardly talk to each other because our mouths were always so full of that good old fashioned southern delight. Definitely coming back and requesting Dixie to serve us again! Awesome experience!!

Food was okay and service was slow. Wouldn’t go out of my way to return unless for convenience.
I was greeted at the door while Mr.Fredrick held it open. He was so kind in welcoming me in to Cracker Barrel he is a true asset to this company. The Beignet bites were delicious!

Was told we don’t have grits for breakfast, only lunch and dinner. What in the world?Ordered Country Boy breakfast, comes with 2 sides. Server said only side options are hashbrown casseroles and apples. Why say 2 sides if there are only 2 sides to choose from.Ordered cereal for my kid. After the rest of the food comes out, we were informed they are out of cereal. Would have been nice to hear early so my kid isn’t waiting 15 mins for her food while we eat.This was a bizarre visit.

Went in at 8am for breakfast. No one was in line to be seated and no host was at the stand. Only observed 1 table of customers in the entire restaurant. Waited approximately 10 minutes and no one ever came to seat us, despite the cashier and another employee saying that someone would "be right with" us. Left without eating.
