How can you not purchase gift cards at any amount. Says you have to purchase a $25 min with your debit card. Wanted to make a $75 purchase and break it down in smaller amounts for gifts and couldn’t make it happen. Want 4- $10 1-$15 and 1-$30. Could do it. So lost a $75 purchased. This should be doable in store.

She apologized said she would place coffee in a new cup. She came back with the same dirty cup.

i come here every morning before school and order a large refresher, an everything bagel with cream cheese and an extra spread, because y’all can be pretty stingy with the cream cheese. on more than one occasion i would receive a plain bagel when i would order an everything one, and today, i waited at least 15 minutes for my food, and it was sitting in the wrong spot the whole time. i know it gets super busy in the mornings and mistakes are made, but i ended up tardy today at school because of it. i will continue to come here since i love dunkin and i usually have a good experience, but today really made my morning pretty bad.

Upon ordering from the mobile app, pulled up and server says "we are out of your order and since it was a mobile order we do not give refunds" is this crazy??? After being totally pissed and other server having no clue how to give the refund, I told her to get me another with a different flavor. How can a business let you order and pay for something then tell you they are out of stock and refuse to give you the money back?????? Oh, she did say she would put my name in a book!!!! We won't be back!!! Seriously they need new management!!
