Upon ordering from the mobile app, pulled up and server says "we are out of your order and since it was a mobile order we do not give refunds" is this crazy??? After being totally pissed and other server having no clue how to give the refund, I told her to get me another with a different flavor. I have never had a problem here with the workers I come everyday for my coffee friendly respectful the only problem I have is the online orders I've almost got hit because people want to squeeze in or hurry up and get there online orders
It’s always hit or miss with Dunkin’. The staff is always great and it’s typically clean. We’ve had days though where we get a donut and it is a bit tough like it’s been sitting out. We’ve had other days where the donuts are nice, fluffy and fresh. Iced coffee is hit or miss and I’ve gotten luke warm coffee like it was the last of what was brewed before. You just never know what you’ll get here.
