Ive been looking for a 'Mocha freeze(r) since they closed Borders Bookstore in ArborPlace (so MANY MOONS AGO!) This is a five star place for coffe...but the acting manager at the time continued to ask my husband what he was doing later on ....with me in the passenger seat .... 2 weeks ago......we go back because we love the coffee and they have a lot of sugar-free options ........she then informs him that she is locating to the lithiasprings location ....we just drove off.....lol Bremen location missed money that day because we ended up at Starbucks.....I guess they don't require customer service training these days..............but if u want great coffee this is the place to go .

I usually enjoy the experience at Ellianos but I’m on a mission to find the best pumpkin spice. I order the hot pumpkin spice in a medium and received a small iced one instead. I have never had an iced one so I said it was fine. The flavor is chalky compared to their more competitive companies. I also ordered a cinnamon bagel since they did not have the pumpkin muffin at this location. Typically they are toasted but today it was warm like they had stuck it in the microwave so the bagel was soft with no crunch, and then added cream cheese. Service was friendly although not accurate. Not a favorite for fall flavors.
