I ordered 4 Philly cheesesteaks and they had hardly no meat or cheese. I even ordered extra cheese. It was absolutely the worst sandwich I have ever eaten!

I took a break from eating here after a bad experience a couple years ago. I began eating here again in the last few months and I have been very satisfied everytime. Pizza and wings are a good option.

I am very upset having to leave this type of review about one of my favorite places. I have never had service like experienced yesterday. The fries were cold, the tea tasted like it had soap in it….. the Carribean jerk wings I ordered tasted nothing like Carribean Jerk that I’ve ever tasted. The 3 different appetizers we ordered tasted like the worst quality…. just like box items. (Cheese sticks, raviolli bites, jalepeno poppers). I was not pleased. I had to pay $71 for our order for my family of four and that’s 1 drink one combo of chicken fingers. The chicken fingers and my husbands wings were good. Everything else was horrible. Sadly, will not be back. I will only go to Giovanni’s in Carrollton from now on. They’ve always been spot on.

First time ordering here. Newer to Bremen area. First experience has been great! I ordered a pizza and 10 BBQ wings. Food was delicious and the customer service at the restaurant was amazing.
I was told 30-40 mins for call in order. I waited an hour and 15 mins with no apology or comment from staff. The girl at register was making faces about orders and the other was eating at the counter.

Before, I would have rated this place 4 stars. However, the last two times I have ordered food online it has not been right. I ordered sauced boneless wings and got sauceless boneless wings and cold fries. I figured maybe I made a mistake. However, for this second order, I'm missing my fries and my boneless wings are bone-in. I made sure to select boneless too. The only saving grace is that the wings are really good. Anyways, it is clear that they do not want my business. I will respect that by no longer ordering food here.

My husband and I have eaten at Giovanni's for about 2 yrs, Always gave gotten excellent food and service. I went there last Saturday and ordered 2 medium calazone's. (1) pineapple & ham. (2) pepperoni and beef. I couldn't hardly eat mine. It was burnt really bad on the bottom. My husband's was not as badly burnt as mine but it was burnt. That is the first time we have gotten burnt food there. I will order food there again but I will definitely check it b4 I leave with it.
