Got a regular sub as for jalapenos they put 4 on the sub 4 pickles and oil and vinegar was added and ran off cause she put it straight on the meat. For 3 subs at 38 dollars I would have expected better .

I ordered a regular sandwich and was given only half. They then attempted to gaslight me about their sandwich sizes when I inquired about it. I have ordered their sandwiches before. I know how much I am supposed to get. Unless Jersey Mike's thinks it is cute to shrink the size of their sandwiches. Anyways, I will not be back.

I need to complement your employee Braden, we stopped in to eat after church and the place was super busy, he was working very hard to keep the orders caught up, was friendly and helpful and was managing the other employees very effectively, multi-tasking the entire time. He was doing a great job.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free sub rolls, like, decent sized ones. I'm sitting here thanking God for the owner or store manager that took so much care to make my food, and the cashier was super sweet too. We had a conversation about mustard. Lol! Great experience!
I frequent Jersey Mikes multiple times a week out on the road working. This store in Bremen has very friendly people but the amount of meat put on sandwiches is so little! Too little! A very noticeable difference vs all other stores I visit. Probably will skip this location from now on.

Always great! I get a gluten free sub every time. I came in to pick up my mobile order one day and they were still working on it. Not sure if it was a manager or a trainer, but one employee walked the other through making sure cross contamination was minimized for gluten. I highly appreciate that! The sun was great - as always!

This was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! After getting one of my sandwiches wrong for one of my kids I went to return it and explain it had something on it I didn’t ask for and said I’ll pay for a new one it’s fine my daughter won’t eat it like this. The lead manager got a complete attitude with me for no reason then insisted on arguing with me that it was my fault and that I told him wrong and looked at me like I was inconveniencing him!!!! All you had to do was say sorry I’ll get you a new one and I would’ve even paid…. It’s beyond me how you’re in a customer service job and this is how you treat people!!! I will never give another dollar to any Jersey Mikes again!!!!
