I need to complement your employee Braden, we stopped in to eat after church and the place was super busy, he was working very hard to keep the orders caught up, was friendly and helpful and was managing the other employees very effectively, multi-tasking the entire time. He was doing a great job.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free sub rolls, like, decent sized ones. I'm sitting here thanking God for the owner or store manager that took so much care to make my food, and the cashier was super sweet too. We had a conversation about mustard. Lol! Great experience!

I frequent Jersey Mikes multiple times a week out on the road working. This store in Bremen has very friendly people but the amount of meat put on sandwiches is so little! Too little! A very noticeable difference vs all other stores I visit. Probably will skip this location from now on.

Always great! I get a gluten free sub every time. I came in to pick up my mobile order one day and they were still working on it. Not sure if it was a manager or a trainer, but one employee walked the other through making sure cross contamination was minimized for gluten. I highly appreciate that! This was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! After getting one of my sandwiches wrong for one of my kids I went to return it and explain it had something on it I didn’t ask for and said I’ll pay for a new one it’s fine my daughter won’t eat it like this. The lead manager got a complete attitude with me for no reason then insisted on arguing with me that it was my fault and that I told him wrong and looked at me like I was inconveniencing him!!!! All you had to do was say sorry I’ll get you a new one and I would’ve even paid…. It’s beyond me how you’re in a customer service job and this is how you treat people!!! I will never give another dollar to any Jersey Mikes again!!!!

Food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. I ended up accidentally forgetting my purse there and the owner found it, made sure it was safe, and even waited past closing time for us to drive back and retrieve it. I was going out of town early the next morning so it would have been devastating for me not to have my wallet and personal belongings in time for the trip. I applaud your hospitality, and the food and environment are top notch.

I had to wait a few minutes, because they were so busy. But the two workers were moving as fast as they could and my #17 was well worth the wait.
I was supposed to be getting a wrap to replace the one that was fixed wrong. Was charged again for another wrap fixed wrong again. Will not be back.

This location has the most racist and unprofessional staff. They didn't greet me and when I got to the counter they said well what do you want..not how may I help you or any pleasantries. They were completely rude to me, however they were all smiles and pleasant to the white customers. This location is horrible. Stay away.
