Although my order was messed up at first, the staff handled the situation amazingly. When I brought it to their attention, they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They went above and beyond to fix the mistake and made sure everything was right before I left. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what truly matters, and the staff really showed that. I genuinely appreciate how they treated me and turned the experience into a positive one. I would definitely return because of the way they handled the situation.

I usually don't do reviews, and I understand some places have bad days, but this was quite literally the most disgusting, worst experience ive had at any KFC, or any fast food place for lunch (in general), I've ever had. The drink machine broken, only 2 drink options supposedly, the potato wedges were raw, the mashed potatoes, no gravy, and tasted funky, the breading on the chicken soggy and raw, the chicken itself, stringy and tasted old. Will never eat here again. 0/10 DON'T RECOMMEND.

They are rude and the employees are very disrespectful and my was cousin was sexually harassed with one of the employees and they didn’t do nothing about it but have to nerve suspend her for no reason and they drink machine have mold in it and they don’t use gloves when they serving people there food and yess they do have roaches

I made 2 online orders, I get there and they were very rude. They said the orders dont show on their screen if placed with mobile. Okay fair enough, I pull it up..then he says we have no chicken so show me the 2nd one. I said no need to show you the 2nd if you dont have chicken. Can I get a refund, he says nope cant help you call the 1800 number. Ive been going in circles for over a hour trying to get my money back. So no money and no food. Ill NEVER go back to this kfc,.this is terrible!

Several employees working. Nobody taking orders. One lady passed two bags of food to her kid. Nobody spoke to me to let me know they would take the order shortly. Drink station nasty! While typing this a roach crawled across the floor.

This is by far the BEST KFC/Taco Bell in the West Georgia region. The food never disappoints and the friendly service makes it worth the wait. Yes, they are often short staffed, but who isn't now adays!?!
Very poor service. Missing up kfc grid stuff with taco food. Only person you take order and she did not have a clue and kept calling for help. We walked out after waiting for 15 min.

Just waited for 30 minutes for my order and left with no food. Went through the drive through got somebody else's order waited in line for 20 more minutes left with no food. 30 minutes and ordered 3 times I'm not sure why the order just didn't get made I'm so confused. Took a picture of the receipt thank goodness and they just refunded me without making the order or offering it for free....

Went through drive thru ordered was asked to pull up and wait for food to brought out. Waited and waited holding up line behind as we waiting they bring food out but forgot a drink cane with drink and when I got home and opened bag only had half my order. Will not be going back!!
