Little Caesars Pizza

Was coming back from the airport and ordered a pizza about 20 minutes before I even got to the restaurant arrived at the restaurant. The drive-thru window was disgusting. All smeary and nasty and greasy absolutely disgusting. The woman came to the window. I gave her the name for the order and she tells me it hasn't even been made yet and she tells me it's going to be another 20 minutes. And I said what are you talking about? I ordered 20 minutes ago. She said that's AI It's not real, now I work with technology so I clearly know she has no idea what she's talking about but just being lazy is all get out. So I waited in the parking lot and literally took her 20 minutes to make a pizza that should normally be done in 13 minutes. She claims there was a lot of orders ahead but surprisingly after sitting there for 20 minutes nobody and I mean nobody came and picked up a pizza. She had a real bad attitude. Maybe because she knows she works there. I don't know but it really sucks. If you want a better Little Caesar's experience head to Cedartown because Bremen is not it. We ordered a bacon pizza with extra cheese and lo and behold. It just had bacon and average cheese. Absolutely ridiculous. The pizza sauce had almost no flavor and as we all know Little Caesars sauce is very distinctive this stuff was so bland. It's like they didn't even put seasoning in it. Terrible. To the franchise owner, you need to overhaul and fire all your staff and try again.

They told me it would be an hour wait for a single pepperoni pizza. The time before that it was thirty minutes. There isn't such a thing as Hot N Ready there.

Also one of their advertising posters in the window is upside down so they struggle with even that.

They usually always mess something up. And they never cut the pizza all the way! Jeez push down harder. Its annoying.

I scheduled for a drive through pick up at 6:15, I made the order around 4:15 I get to the pick up window and they tell me my pizza is just now being prepped and in the oven. So I had to pull in the parking lot and come inside and got my pizza around 6:40. Literal trash service, they had PLENTY of time to make my order. 10/10 DON’T recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous. How is your slogan hot and ready if you only have 1 pizza ready and you tell me its gonna be 45 mins to make 2 pizzas. Wish I could leave a negative star review!!!

Even though 1 star isn't for the store but the managers represent the store. If any sinor manager at the Bremen location want to know how loyal a customer was treated, let me know because of 7:30pm July 10,2025 you just lost a customer. I oder at least once a week and yes my orders are not right all the time, but this Manger today hung up on me for complaining my oder was missing thing I paid for with no resolution out side of call door dash. I ordered from your app not doordash why I'm calling door dash. But still thats not the point, she was rude like she said I was cause the only I get rude if your that way with me. Losing a customer that's orders repeatedly for $2 worth of missing is crazy, I'm less then 10 minutes from if it was me I would have taken the customer that $2 sauce its not worth losing a customer.

Went by around 8:30 and the lady was extra sweet & fast. Thank you so much for helping my daughter who doesn’t like pepperonis!

We called the order in before we even arrived to just pick up quickly we pulled through the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes and not a single person come and check on us and the car behind us...A woman walked to the window, looked at me and didn't even open the window to inform us. Pulled around, went inside, 3 people already ordered and I was still waiting finally got my order proceeded to ask why no one came to the window I received a blank response but then told too busy to acknowledge you at the window I said that's unacceptable and then she says well you're not the only one wanting Pizza when there was no one really there I will not be returning

This is absolutely the worst store in the franchise. I have went to this store around twenty times and I have actually gotten good service and food once. Tonight 4/26/2025 I walk in and order a custom pepperoni and sauage pizza and crazy bread. They ask my name for order I gave it. Three times they come and asked me my name. After thirty minutes they ask again and haven't even started my pizza. I asked to be refunded. I paid with debit card they tell me I can't get cash back and it will take three to five to get my money back. I did give them my opinion not so nicely. This is the last time I will go to this store or any other. I have complained and nothing is ever done to this location. Nothing ever gets better. I spent a half and hour swatting flies off of me to have them keep my money for three days and no food. Please boycott this store till we can get some decent good and service.

I suggest they hire people with a High School education rather than a Grammar School education !!

Always friendly and helpful.

Why put hours of operation on Google and on your doors if you aren't going to adhere to those hours???
