There was a lady in Christmas that had a mobile order, their people in the lobby turned her around. She then stood in the cold at the drive thru window because the line to the speaker was wrapped around the building. Once there the tall slim bright skin male told her she had to be in a car to get her order. I was behind her so I let her get in my car because clearly she was hungry to be standing in the cold in a drive thru. Once at the window they still refused to give her her order. The manager Kayla told her she had to go back around in that horrindous line to tell her the code at the speaker. (On Christmas eve night)This is a disgrace to human kind. I didn't even get me and my kids food! I will never go there again. I am not sure what the lady did as no other restaurants were open that were close by. She said she couldn't leave because her order had already been paid for online.

Don’t go here early the doors say they open the inside at 6 but according to the employees it doesn’t open until 730. I was driving a tractor trailer and was told I can walk through the drive thru. When I got my food the lady was rude. And acted like it was a bother to hand me my food

First I wouldn’t even give them one star. Drive thru sucks!! I haven’t been by there in a long time because of it. I decided to give them another chance this morning (11/27/24 6am ) pulled up to the mic with no body else in line, waited 5 minutes another car pulled up in the other drive thru they take their order immediately, I’m like ok my side must be broke so I pull around to that side and waited another 5 minutes …. NOTHING! I got pissed drove to the window and flipped them off. It’s like this every time I’ve been there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE BREMEN MCDONALDS

got the wrong food, came back around for them to fix it 3 times and then it was still wrong. the guy at the window didn’t tell me the total and when i asked for a new burger the old bat was really rude

Did mobile order for kids 6 pice chicken nugget boo bucket with extra fries instead of apple slices. Received small like warm fries in regular happy meal box not boo bucket. Don’t offer if you fine have it. Also was not given dipping sauce I ordered. Paid over 6 dollars like warm fires and day old tasting nuggets. Just gross meal all together. Will go to any other McDonalds but never again. To Bremen location. It’s awful.

1st thing that stuck out was the exceptional cleanliness of this location. The ordering process via the kiosk was somehow easier than usual for an old man, such as myself. Then along came Miss Bettie, any business related to customer service would be truly blessed to have Miss Bettie as an employee. She understood and accepted the fact due to a back injury waiting on my order was physically easier than being seated and an employee bringing my order to the table. The order was available quickly and surprisingly enough every item was hot and fresh. As expected Miss Bettie came by to verify if I needed more condiments which I did. The remarkable thing about Miss Bettie was everything felt genuine, not forced, neither did she cross the line,i.e. seating herself with me and pulling out pics of her grandkids. It's a very fine line in the service industry between being helpful and a nuisance, Miss Bettie and the entire crew at this McDonald's location is the benchmark of what any McDonald's and all fast food restaurants should strive for.
Took my granddaughter in for breakfast after dr. visit. After waiting for several minutes to place an order, and several employees just looking at me, I asked if anyone was gonna take my order. One guy just pointed and rudely said kiosk orders only. Told him I was using cash. He just shrugged and walked off. Never go here again!!
