This place doesn’t even deserve a “1 star”. Needs new management!!!!If you’re looking for employment, do NOT go to this establishment.Also, do not order on kiosk if you do go here. Management doesn’t tell people but they want customers to order on the kiosk if they go inside so the store manager can get a bonus if people uses it. Trust me that store manager doesn’t deserve any bonus. Also, he has told employees that if he doesn’t get his “kiosk bonus” they don’t get raises even when they deserve a raise!!!

This place is a hit or miss at best. I go through the drive thru about 5:30 AM and no one answer the drive thru. Tonight the sign says open 24 hours. The lights are on including the drive thru. Someone answers with an attitude and says "We Are Closed Untill 5." Please chages the hours on your website to correct the hours. Definitely a hit or miss on many occasions. This is why for breakfast, I started eating at Jack's.

I don't eat much junk food! I was traveling back from TX 18 Hr drive starving it was almost 1 am The only place still open at GA/AL line 2 big macks later i continued my drive home!!
Usually pretty good but the past few times I have been through here something has been forgotten. So here me and the wife are now eating our food with no fries AGAIN. A few double cheese burgers and the fries forgotten. Just aggravated that people want more money but can’t complete a silly order that is as easy as 1 + 1. Someone needs to run this place better.
