Pizza was correct and fresh. I had to repeat my order multiple times and my method of payment to the guy taking my order. He could have been distracted since he was playing on his phone while taking my order.

When you order you give you number and they pull up your name you place your order to be delivered at a meeting point since your in a small town close by. They tell you it will be an hour so you wait then go meet them 15 min before your meeting time 30 minutes after your meeting time they don’t show. Your wife calls, first they say it’s been delivered she calls me I tell her no it’s hasn’t . She calls back and they said sorry we called the wrong number so couldn’t meet us. Then manger calls wife and said girl called wrong number and driver arrived 30 min early and we wasn’t there so cancelled order. Yes we got our refund but get your story straight and don’t lie. Well it’s Chick fil a tonight and I am done with them this is the second time this kind of stuff has happened.

Pizza was good and made well, just enough sauce and toppings,and just done. It's been a while since I have had a decent pizza usually overcooked or undercooked with sparse toppings. Papa John's definitely has my business now.

Pizza & Pepsi ordered by my daughter for my 76 birthday, drove 21 miles round trip to accept this kind gesture. The take out receipt was not itemized, the charge slip I signed was not itemized. The management would not credit for the drink, offered to put a credit “notation on her phone number”. Next time my dsughter offers Papa John’s pizza, I will refuse. Papa John’s does not correct their mistakes.

I got one XL pizza just the one and it was $23.75...I love their pizza and used to go here all the time. The prices have gotten ridiculous though. I have to spend $60/$80 to feed my family now
