Close your restaurant!!!!!! Close it!!!!!! It’s horrible!!!!! And I love Popeyes chicken….but this is the worst and most frustrating Popeyes….every time I try and give this restaurant another chance. It always turns out the same…..Close the store for goodness sake….I don’t know how it stays open…..I think to myself all the time how I would love some Popeyes chicken, then I go here. Doors are locked most of the time. Employees on their cell phones. You place an order and told they don’t have that item. Or if they don’t tell you that, you are told 20 to 30 minute wait. DO NOT WAIST YOU MONEY OR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

This Popeyes is nasty!!! The manager is very rude and doesn’t care about the customers at all or employees, that us is she can keep anyone working there. They don’t wear hair nets , or the soap dispenser is out of soap, that’s gross so employers can’t wash there hands??? People have complained about hair being cooked in the biscuits! Like come on ! Manager lady get some class and do something , stop being so rude , you might get more business! I will be calling cooperate about it store and the health department!! You doing even deserve the one star rating!!

Decided to give Popeyes a second chance and like always disappointed. Ordered in drive thru paid for food and received drinks and was asked to park and wait. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing others that were behind us get food I went inside to request refund. Employee who apparently cooks asked if I had the boneless wings which I had ordered and he hadn’t even stated cooking. Manger was complaining to other employee who was doing my refund complaining how people can’t wait to which I spoke up and stated no ma’am not after waiting for 20 minutes. Got my refund went to chick fi la drive thru ordered, paid, and got my food in less than 5 minutes. Chick fi la never disappoints and workers know how to work!!

I just don’t understand how can hair be cooked inside of a biscuit. I don’t usually do stuff like this but seriously made me sick to my stomach. Paid 42.00$ for my 12 piece combo to get home and see this clear as day. Cooperate please contact me. This is not okay, we pay hard earn money to get this type of results. The coleslaw also has a spoil smell to it, like I don’t get restaurants in this day in time, I don’t. Had to place one star in order to review.

I thought this place had really stepped up and improved awhile back. I guess I was wrong. You go here during the week AT lunchtime and the doors are locked and nobody will answer the drive through, even though they are inside. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the speaker, the food is awful like it’s been sitting out for too long and cooked in old cooking oil. I don’t understand how this place is still open anymore as I drive by all the time and no one is there. They are severely understaffed and the current employees are rude and dont want to work. I do not recommend this place at all. I won’t be returning here

Placed a online order.... they didn't have some of the items I already ordered and paid for . On top of that i asked for hot sauce and honey . She said they didn't have neither one of those. She wasn't friendly at all and was rude. They honestly need to be shut down.
Food was delicious and everyone working was so amazingly friendly. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food place in a long time. Will definitely be coming back.

Today (16 Aug 2024) we went by at 12:50. The doors were locked and there was no sign indicating what was going on. Two cars in the parking lot, but things looked deserted. I have no idea what was going on, but don't have time to check to see if they are accepting customers or not every time I go to lunch. The food was good the one time I've eaten there (about a year ago) although it took about 15 minutes to get to the register to place an order and another 15 minutes before the food was read during a not particularly hectic lunch hour.

Update August 2024 - After at least six visits (what can I say, I like their Sandwich), night and day difference from my earlier post. Fast service and everything was good. Clean environment and very friendly.
??? Don't even know where to start. The owners are completely oblivious or just don't care how this location is run. Popeyes should revoke the franchise and give it to someone who cares. Out of products, slow service, order is wrong, I am amazed how something can operate so inefficiently. Zero stars if possible.
