So the food is ok and coffee is fine. I had a problem with one of the servers her name is Raven I believe, like the bird that is. She was extremely rude and snappy when I walked up and said hi, and was huffing while I was ordering. She was also being condescending and rude towards her co-workers, kept saying that they were doing everything wrong and that they needed training. She literally made my foffeee wrong, one of her coworkers had to remake it for me. I could tell she was being extremely mean to them and I think it’s crazy she hasn’t been handled by a manager yet. Really the place normally has amazing service I was very suprised by this encounter. All the other servers did amazing and she was just very very rude.

Literally watched the girls cluelessly try and make my drink (just a simple cold brew) and then stand around looking confused for 15 minutes. Manager sat in the back being unhelpful when the machine appeared to be broken while I obviously and awkwardly was right there watching. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a little ridiculous.
