Always pay for extra meat and never get it! Ordered 2 simple sandwiches. No extra meat, one tiny piece of onion and no mayonnaise. These sandwiches are pathetic! I even asked for them to be sure to add the extra meat. I think they made them this bad on purpose.

Went in today got 3 meatball footling. I did not won't them toasted so them microwaved them. Them were the worst sandwiches ever. You could not eat the bread it was so rubbery. Also got the beast good sandwich but this time is had to much sauce or mayo . Sauce dripping out of it.

The lady taking my order asked ME how many pieces of bacon goes on a foot long. I said 8. She put 3 pieces and it didn't even take up the length of the bread. I asked her to just make it a 6 inch since she didn't put enough bacon. She cut the bread in half and put the other half back into the bread box after it had bacon on it. She had a bad attitude the entire time too. Will never go back or spend anymore money there. I hope anybody with food allergens don't go there, since she was so comfortable putting bread with bacon back into the storage with all the other bread. This is disgusting.

Really liked this location when they first opened. But the last two times I've gone, the service has been awful. Went this past weekend and the workers were so rude. I was literally about to turn around and walk out because of the attitude right from the start. Wish I did. Because the food was also terrible.

I ordered online again but we WILL NOT be doing that anymore.. I went in to have my buffalo chicken remade because it was literally DROWNED in buffalo sauce. Get home and my husband literally can squeeze all the gobs of mayonnaise off his tuna. It was truly an absurd amount!
