The guy that came off break smelled very bad of weed. So bad that I could smell it on my food. I know Taco Bell isn’t doing a drug test and if they are it’s not for weed. It does make sense why they can’t get your food right. There was also a lot of yelling between the co workers and manger about breaks and about getting the food made and just very loud and unprofessional. The food was decent so really nothing wrong there but just the service and I wouldn’t take your kids either bc they cuss at each other. Probably won’t go back to this Taco Bell.

I ordered takeout cheesy bean and rice burritos and I nearly cracked a tooth on one. I’m not 100% sure it’s not cracked still. There was some hard small granules in there. I don’t know what it was. Maybe pieces of rice that were not cooked properly? I’m not sure. Either way, they were also like 75% bean, 20% rice and maybe 5% cheese. You’d think a cheesy bean and rice burrito would be cheesy and it has been in the last when I ordered it.
The staff however are friendly at the drive thru and I had no problem with the service. However whatever that hard crap in those burritos is is a liability.

Stopped by the Henrico Fried Chicken location in Georgia recently, and overall the experience was pretty underwhelming. The biggest issue was the wait time—what should’ve been a quick stop turned into a 30+ minute ordeal. The staff seemed like they genuinely cared, but they were clearly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the orders and customers coming in. It felt like they were understaffed or unprepared for the rush.
The restaurant itself could definitely use some attention. Tables were dirty, trash bins were overflowing, and the overall setup felt a bit chaotic. There didn’t seem to be a clear system for handling orders, which just added to the confusion and delays.
One plus is that the location is fairly convenient—right off the highway, so it’s easy to get to if you're on a road trip or passing through. When I finally got my food, it was fine. Nothing to write home about, but consistent with what you'd expect from a fast food fried chicken spot. Hot, crispy, and seasoned decently.
If you’re in a pinch and really craving fried chicken, this place will do—but only if you’ve got time to wait. Hopefully they can get the staffing and cleanliness issues under control.

I'm just seriously annoyed. A bunch of people standing around but no one had the time to do a quality check. The drive thru employee asked if i wanted sauce. I replied TWICE with just the green salsa that comes with the Cantina meals. 2 cantina tacos & 1 cantina quesadilla...no green salsa once again. This is my SECOND time coming to this location as I passed thru on my way to Centre. This will be the last time. Come on people! Do your job! Easy.
