The chicken pot pie had too much chicken actually. They usually don't have a lot so I ordered a piece of chicken ala carte as an extra and ended up wasting money and overeating because the pot pie was loaded with chicken and not much else.

I usually get the cheesy double beef burrito because they’re big and filling from the value menu when I opened the bag I thought it was half sized looking for my other two I didn’t see them. I have 2 which equals to one. The chips they use isn’t even in it. So disappointed. :(

I wish I can give this 0 stars Normally, Taco Bell is one of my go-to spots, and I’ve had good experiences at different locations. But this time was just terrible. I ordered the Luxe Box, and they completely messed it up. First off, they didn’t even give me my chalupa—which is literally the best part of the box. Then, instead of what I ordered, both tacos had beef even though I asked for chicken. On top of that, the cinnamon twists were stale and tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. I was honestly shocked because I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this visit was a huge letdown.

What in the hell? We came by to order and the drive thru speaker was broken. Not the employees fault just annoying. So I went in to order and the absolute chaos that I witnessed.
The woman taking orders at the register was clearly on something and couldn’t figure out how to work the register. She kept having to stop to ask for help which stopped other employees from doing what they were doing. Which from what I saw was not much. The only two employees I witnessed who were busting their ass was a black male and female. It’s like they were having to ring in the circus on the white employees who either didn’t know how to do their job or were too high to do it. On top of it, the woman that was being rung up was needing to do a split payment which seemed to be too confusing for said woman at the register. But what made me the most aggravated is that no one stepped in to either help that woman or to tell her to just move. I can’t complain on the two black employees because they were already running around trying to do everyone’s job.

They are very slow at the counter, always out of something and the sign on the front door says 10:00 p.m. close but yet you go at 9:00 and the doors are locked.
