Ok, this Waffle House location (#1311) is LEGIT! We stopped in on a Sunday morning and it was slammed. The greeter, yes greeter, Jason welcomed us and informed us of the wait time. He is awesome! Very personable and efficient! We were seated a short 10 mins later and were served by Macey (Certified Bronze Server) and she was awesome as well. Food came fast and was perfect. Easily the best Waffle House we’ve eaten in.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! Everything we ordered was burnt and my husband food wasn’t even edible. Grits clumpy,waffle black,bacon hard as a brick,toast black.
Firstly, our server forgot our drinks we didn’t get them until we told to cook after he brought us food and it was a different server who brought us the drinks. She was very forgetful very Neglectful. Her name was Gabby instead of bringing her drinks to her table. She was hanging up on another coworker and going to the back with her so I assume she’s not a new worker there. Corporate office is closed otherwise I would be calling them now. I will be calling them tomorrow, but her service was terrible. She also apologized for forgetting our drinks, but still did not refill our drinks when they were in the front of the table empty she mopped before she swept so it was still dirty. The atmosphere was OK but the kitchen area looked bad napkins everywhere food everywhere I will not be coming back around 7 o’clock.

I was very pleased with how my eggs were cooked. I like fluffy, soft scrambled eggs or a nice 3 egg omelette. I appreciated the fast service and the pleasant conversations while I was there. Thanks!
