I had such a great experience at Wendy’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The service was even better—Monkhi went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, Monkhi made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s always nice when the staff makes you feel welcomed, and today was one of those times. Definitely will be coming back—thank you, Wendy’s, and thank you, Monkhi!

We ordered a English muffin through the driv through got to the window and was pulled up @7:32 am 7:45 am I tried knocking on the door...no answer so I called the store....no answer...called again straight to no voicemail...called again and was told my GM is bringing it out to you as if I had done something wrong waiting 15 minutes for an English muffin that was cold...y'all suck so do better!

This Wendy's has really gone down hill lately. I did a mobile order and still waited 30 minutes in the drive thru only had two cars in front of me. The inside was locked so they were only serving drive thru. When I finally received my food it was cold. I hope someone who can make a change sees this because this was a great Wendy's.

I only give 3 stars, Not because of the food or the employees. The drive through system with the AI ordering was so bothersome! It kept messing up my order and couldn't hear my order correctly. So by the time I got to the window I was frustrated even though the employee working the window had my order correct. Why not just use the employee, not the AI? Yes I would come back for the food but I'd rather have a real human with an attitude than talk to a computer
I usually go in the morning and get the breakfast baconator meal. It's really good! Anyways, I really like the morning shift. At least, I like the older lady that always rings me up in drive-thru.

Everytime I visit this location, it's always great!!! The customer service is amazing each time, I'm greeted with a nice welcome, a friendly smile and easy ordering experience. I have only had 1 issue with food at this location ( my gravy was watery) other than that my food is always hot and fresh and made it exactly the way I had requested it to be done. I stopped eating at Wendys for many years because of the poor quality I was receiving, however the Bremen location has changed that and is the only location I will visit!!!

The drive thru worker Alex, the Restaurant manager Tina, and the Gm all was so incredible nice and some of the sweetest people!! A little kindness goes a long ways!! Thank you Ladies for preparing food for my family and being so kind! It’s definitely hard to find in fast food restaurants these days! You always have a smile on your face!! You 3 ladies deserve a raise!!
