Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was good, service was okay, place was cleanish but flies EVERYWHERE.

I love me some Zaxby's and I probably go entirely too much. Lol With that being said these past few times there has always been an issue. Brunt egg rolls, or coleslaw instead of fries, not getting the sauces or not getting the food at all. The drive thru line is usually wrapped around the building. I always have to check my bags to make sure it's correct. Also after spending 62 dollars on meals I feel like the amount of fries I get should be drastically larger.

I just left this racist store after standing in line 20 minutes watching all the yt girls walk pass and look at me like I wasn’t standing there they went and got the black worker to take my order I’ve never been treated so rudely I will definitely be reporting this store

Placed my order at 845 it said pick up at 915 I pull in at 910 to all the employees leaving and saying sorry don't know what to tell you come back in the morning doe your food or a refund. The store is suppose to close at 11. Why let me order if you are closing?

The food is fine as always for me but this time they gave me coleslaw with my meal and I never asked for it, nor did my boyfriend he hates coleslaw and I know the wings and things doesn’t come with it because I’ve gotten it before.

The customer service here could really use an improvement. More often than not when I come through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, the person handing me my food at the window is rather rude and unfriendly. I understand feeling overwhelmed and maybe on edge when working in a busy environment, as I also work in the food service industry, but the treatment of customers here is just unwarranted. I did not appreciate having my food bag quickly flung out the window at me without a word and the door slammed shut as I tried saying ‘thank you,’ to the girl at the drive thru window.

Food was hot and fresh tasting. The people were friendly but next time I will just grab it togo as the inside is dirty and very dusty! They had the fans on which I don't see how dust is not getting blown everywhere while you are trying to eat.

I went through the drive thru tonight and got the Zensation salad and when I got home I realized the dressing was left out. I drove back to the restaurant to get it and my husband went inside to get the dressing. Only to get home and it was the wrong dressing. The manger even handed the dressing to my husband telling him it was the correct dressing. Very disappointed, not only did I have to drive back to the restaurant but then still not get what I wanted. The salad was very small as well. Wish this zaxbys paid more attention.
