Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Today was a unexpected surprise. These days you find so many employees that work at fast food restaurants that are in a hurry to get you out and plainly don't care about you or thier job. This was not the case today. I went inside and was greeted with a smile by a young lady named Kaylee. She was very sweet and while I waited on my food, I noticed she never stopped smiling while greeting and taking customer orders. I can't say the same for the other lady that handed me my food. She even THANKED me for coming in!!!! I never go inside and I don't know why I did today but thanks to Kaylee, I will be back! It felt good to actually be appreciated for being a customer! This young lady needs a raise, or bonus or something! I will be calling the manager also. Job well done Kaylee. Thank you!

So disappointed in this location. We’ve always brag on them about how well and deficient the do their jobs but tonigh, they were slacking big time. We pulled up to the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for the guy to take our order at the speaker (no line or no crowd inside). When we finally were asked what we wanted to order he kept saying “ is that it” like we were wasting his time. We order a family pack and we got only a handful of fries for a family. We also got a salad in which was missing along with the sauces. We got no sauce and we ordered Zac sauce, ranch , and barbecue.

Got the Blue Zalad, it's advertised with the buffalo glaze, didn't get it. I did get a salad full of soggy brown lettuce though.

I went to the Zaxby's in Bremen, GA on Friday night 12/19/25 and I was really impressed! This is the first time I have visited the store since it has been remodeled and the store looks great. I have hated to go to this store in the past due to the poor service I seemed to have gotten every time I went there. I know they remodeled the store, but the seemed have to have remodeled the management and employees also. The service was PERFECT. My order was taken by a extremely polite young lady! My order was completed very fast, not the case in the past, and correctly. The food was hot and very tasty. Seems that this store has made a complete 180 degree change in their focus on the customer service from this visit. I hope that the management of this store keeps things going like my visit on 12/19. If it does, you have a steady customer in me! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

The kind lady at the drive through window is the only positive of this review. I ordered the new Zensation wrap. It was not wrapped. EVERYTHING fell out of the wrap all over me. Looked at the second wrap to confirm, it is not wrapped. The tortilla is more or less draped over and tucked around the salad. There's no point in ordering the wrap instead of the salad if you're not going to actually wrap the filling.

No matter how many times I've complained to customer service, the menu and parking lot is always dark at this location. You can't see the menu at all and it's the weirdest thing to me!

This place, seems very unorganized. I was highly disappointed in coming here, they got me and my family order wrong. The manger seems she so uninterested in helping her staff, and didn’t seem to help with her employees.

I love me some Zaxby's and I probably go entirely too much. Lol With that being said these past few times there has always been an issue. Brunt egg rolls, or coleslaw instead of fries, not getting the sauces or not getting the food at all. The drive thru line is usually wrapped around the building. I always have to check my bags to make sure it's correct. Also after spending 62 dollars on meals I feel like the amount of fries I get should be drastically larger.
