All around great place. Hector was an excellent waiter. A bit noisy, otherwise, great experience. The onion rings, I will return for them definitely.
Excellent food and excellent service. We expect to return at some point in the future, I highly recommend the new york strip.
Amazing service, very good food, good location. It was a bit loud for me, not the restaurants fault just loud customers. The wine list is extensive and good pricing on the wines. Dessert was amazing (I had 3). Cheesecake is very light and delicate. Chocolate cake is heavy, rich and decadent. Overall a great experience
Always a great experience with Roberto as our server! Our favorite neighborhood restaurant to celebrate any occasion.
This is my second time at Arnette's. I had a phenomenal experience my first time. The food and cocktails were outstanding and the overall vibe felt upscale and refined. So I came again to celebrate our anniversary expecting the same; however, this time around, we were seated next to a party of 10 who were obnoxiously loud that ruined the entire atmosphere of our dinner. We could hear every bit of their conversations, their shrieks and their yelling and some were quite obviously intoxicated. Instead of the upscaled refined dining experience that I was expecting, we received an experience similar to that of a college bar. I wish the staff had done more to control their volume levels or dedicate a private dining space for this party. Otherwise the food was phenomenal as usual. You can't go wrong with any of their steak options, and we thoroughly enjoyed their mushrooms and roasted carrots.

We have been dining at Arnette’s for years and our past 2 visits have been subpar, especially when spending $125 plus per person for a group of 8 at our last visit. The main reason is the below average service. Our server at our last visit was covering at least 4 tables and was completely disinterested in giving us any attention. Took forever to come take our order, water glasses went unfilled, didn’t check on us after steaks were served to make sure they were cooked as ordered, etc. I get better service at Waffle House, seriously. The steaks and sides are average at best. They used to be amazing. And when we asked the server about dessert, he seemed like he would rather we leave so he could go home. Just not what it used to be, so save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been many times over the years and clearly things are going downhill. They changed the spaghetti recipe (not for the better) and didn't update the menu to reflect what it is now. I made the bartender VERY aware of my displeasure several times, ate half of it, and even told him I was never coming back. He did not attempt to get a manager or offer any resolution. The meal was paid for in full and as promised, I will never return.
Showed up for our dinner reservation and was sat at a bar high top. Seats were very uncomfortable and bar was loud and casual. Food was great as always, but was disappointed that for a $300+ dinner for two, that we didn't get a better dining experience.

Booked a corporate dinner for 30 guests, and everyone raved about everything. Food was quite tasty with some dishes more flavoral than others. My salmon could have used more seasoning, but my coworkers had no complaints regarding their entrees. Drinks were not the best. Their sourdough bread is amazing! Servers were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely as we were on the upper patio on an unusually warm February night. All in all, this restaurant group does not disappoint.

Would just like to add that both times I have called in to speak to someone about a reservation people are quite rude and uninterested. I was between this restaurant and another for a celebration party coming up of 10 people. For a steakhouse with a menu as expensive as theirs of an average of $150-$200 per person the attitude on the other side of the phone is unwarranted. Disappointing as I would have wanted to check out their menu but forget about it now.

We ate here tonight and were so excited to try but felt like the overall experience was mediocre at best. The cowgirl ribeye was tough and not good. The sides were unseasoned and inedible. The vibe of the restraint was a 10/10 but the food was a 3:10. We’ve had much better meals at Hal’s- this was mediocre at best and a do not return for sure
I was super excited to see what the hype was about - despite the mixed reviews I’ve seen online. I opted to celebrate here for my birthday, and left very disappointed. Let me start by prefacing, I love steakhouses and went in with no expectations. The service of this restaurant is sub-par, at best. Our waiter was Hector, and he could’ve cared less about making this an enjoyable dining experience probably because a 20% gratuity was guaranteed with the party size. Not once did he ask if we wanted another drink, ask if we were there for a special occasion, or really put forth effort. The food itself - under seasoned and very underwhelming. I opted for the oysters, new york strip, lobster mac & cheese, and broccoli. Ironic enough, the best part of the night was the oysters - the one thing that doesn’t require cooking. The steak was not seasoned well, a little dry, and overall not worth the money. It was almost as if there was no butter or salt added. The birthday dessert was okay, but they served the cake freezing cold. I came into the restaurant excited and left severely underwhelmed with the overpriced & not good experience. Listen to the mixed reviews, and try any other steakhouse in Atlanta!

The service could have been more attentive, from the valet to the concierge and even at the table, everyone seemed a bit rushed and impatient. The food, while expensive, didn’t quite justify the price given the overall experience. I don’t mind paying a premium, but every aspect of the experience needs to meet a certain standard for it to feel worthwhile.

Dinner and food was fabulous, so was the atmosphere, but my girlfriend and I got pretty intense food poisoning. We had the Wagyu, Octopus, scalloped potatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. Didn’t enjoy it the second time around if you know what I mean

Made a reservation two months ago for 7pm. Arrived and was told to “wait” by what I can only call a super “snooty” twenty something hostess. Was then seated at 7:45 in the “Seafood” area and was told it was a “privilege” to sit there. We were seated in a back room with air con blowing.
Server did her best, but it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.
Way better places to go in Atlanta. I’d suggest Rathburn or Marcels over this place. Much better food and way better service.
Not sure why it’s so popular. Super disappointing if you ask me. I’d pass.
