The evening was underwhelming. The food and service was just “OK”. While the server was present and knowledgeable; her service style did not resonate. We were quite disappointed that there was absolutely no acknowledgment of our 17yr anniversary which we were there to celebrate. It was in the notes of our reservation. I also work in Fine Dining Service and I would have expected more at this level of dining experience.
We had a great experience at Arnette's Chop House. Cocktails were very good (Cosmo, Old Fashioned). We ordered the oysters, Waygu Delmonico, Lobster Mac and Cheese, Onion Rings, plus Cheesecake and coffee. While everything was Really Great, the standouts were the beef - worth the splurge - and the oysters. Alberto was attentive, professional and made several good suggestions. We have found our neighborhood steak house! Can't wait to come back!
Haley was great and very welcoming. She made our experience more worthy than the food. The ambiance of place was very nice and low exposure as well.
We had Jhanell as a server and she was horrible. Bad attitude. Quick talking. Didn't want to be there at all. Trent and the rest of the staff was great food was good too.
Favorite place to eat for us is the bar area - from the walk up to the art on the walls - book it and you'll understand
First time at Arnette's for a friend's birthday. Valet was easy, ambiance was nice, and the service was friendly and attentive. The dry aged porterhouse is fantastic and everyone seemed pleased with their food. The cocktails are priced as expected and steaks are priced in line with other ATL notables. The chocolate cake dessert is awesome. I would recommend and hopefully we will return.
Amazing restaurant! Everything was wonderful. The oysters were good, the cowgirl ribeye was very good. The spinach was excellent! The peach martini delicious!
I had an exceptional experience as per usual. The ambiance is refined without feeling pretentious, and every dish is quite nice. The service was attentive and genuinely welcoming. After dinner, I was graciously invited to preview their members-only club. The space is stunning! It's intimate, elevated, and clearly designed with intention, made the evening feel special and left a lasting impression. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with a touch of exclusivity.
Lovely experience for out of town guests. We loved the tame impala playlist. Vidalia onion was a hit as well as the spinnalas. Our waiter didn't frequent our table too much which was a shame bc we would have drank more. They also tried clearing the table before we were done many times.
Tried to eat there for a friend’s birthday.
The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with someone across the table. We asked if the trio playing could lower the volume and were told, yes they are loud, but nothing changed.
Ended up leaving without ordering. Really didn’t want to eat at a bad soft rock concert!

Extremely disappointing experience for what’s supposed to be a fine dining steakhouse.
We came to Arnette’s Chop Shop to celebrate my 28th birthday and recently being married. Valet was quick and affordable ($5), and our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He did a great job explaining the dishes and making us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stopped. The ambiance was completely disrupted by a loud, obnoxious group of men yelling about a football game and using profanity. No staff or management intervened, and it took away from the upscale atmosphere we were expecting.
The food was underwhelming. I ordered the Tomahawk steak to share with my husband and it was heavily charred with little to no seasoning or presentation. Everyone at the table ordered steaks, and all of them were just tolerable, not enjoyable. The $32 crab cake was also bland and lacked any real flavor.
To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, we were told the restaurant operates on a one check policy, something we were never informed of beforehand. Our server mentioned he’d need manager approval to split the check but later returned saying it was “easy” to do, so it’s unclear why it was made an issue in the first place.
The most unprofessional part of the night was at the very end. As valet was bringing our car around, our server came outside and asked us why we tipped what we tipped and why we didn’t leave more. He mentioned he only makes $2/hour and that they all share a tip pool. This was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing, especially in front of other guests.
Overall, our experience fell far short of expectations. The service started off promising but ended on a sour note. Between the lackluster food, loud environment, and unprofessional behavior, we won’t be returning. Restaurants like H&W Steakhouse and Steak Market in Atlanta have provided us with far better service, food, and overall experience.

Appetizers, drinks, wine, sides & steak were all perfection! Dessert was a bit overcooked & we sent it back. Decided not to try another. We sat upstairs, not main dining room for the first time and it was definitely more lively than main dining. I am not saying that in a bad way, we truly enjoyed it up there, just stating that if your looking for a more relaxed atmosphere you would want the main dining area downstairs. Jaime was a very good server, as well as his assistant who's name escapes me unfortunately. They were a excellent team though!
Best service ever!

This is supposed to be a premium steak house, and is prices as such. We ordered two dry aged cowboy ribeye steaks for $105 each and both were extremely tough. One was ordered medium rare and came out more rare and the other was supposed to be medium and it was medium rare. They did bring another one that was a little better, but they should have credited us for one of them. We will not be going back.
