We visited Arnette’s Chop Shop in November to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything was simply outstanding. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, every detail made the evening feel special. The steaks were perfectly prepared, the sides were flavorful, and the atmosphere was both upscale and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. A truly amazing dining experience…we can’t wait to return! 💕

Food was good it was a bit of a wait though . Ambience was beautiful. The only thing that a new policy were they no longer allow photography in the inside ; but you could do it outside and also in the lobby area . ❤️

I went here for Valentine’s Day and it was a unique experience. The ambience of the restaurant was great. We had a server that was pretty much non existent the entire night but the random employees were attentive and the random that night was also professional. However, we didn't eat our main course, notified the manager, and decided to take it to go. One of the employees packed it up but completely forgot our Lobster Spaghetti. Until we got home which is about 45 minutes away and it was very disappointing especially because we paid half of $1000.

Absolutely the best steaks in Atlanta! We had come for Xmas eve, so we had no doubts to come for Valentines! Awesome customer service 'Wes' waited on us the last 2 visits, got to meet the owner who was making sure everyone's dinner is what they expected! Ever course was perfect! Highly recommend for any occasion! Really surprised to see people disrespecting the dress code, it's on the website

The seating is not comfortable at all. They sit you outside under a tent. This restaurant charges too much to not have comfortable seating.

Can't see the menu because it's too damn dark. In my opinion, everything is over priced on the menu. It's was good but not worth the price.

Arnette’s Chop Shop stands out as one of Atlanta’s premier steakhouses, earning a well-deserved spot in my top five. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful decor sets the stage for a memorable dining experience, blending modern elegance with warm, inviting touches. The staff consistently provides great service—attentive, knowledgeable, and always eager to ensure your meal is perfect.
The menu offers a wonderful selection of steaks, expertly cooked and full of flavor, along with impressive sides and a thoughtfully curated wine list. Every visit to Arnette’s feels special, whether you’re celebrating an occasion or simply indulging in a high-quality meal. I’ve recommended Arnette’s to several friends, and they were equally blown away by the exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere. If you’re searching for a top-tier steakhouse experience in Atlanta, Arnette’s is a must-try destination.

Arnette’s Chop Shop is a stylish modern steakhouse in Brookhaven known for its excellent USDA‑prime steaks, creative menu, and warm yet upscale atmosphere. Diners consistently praise the flavorful food, attentive service, and inviting vibe — making it a great choice for special nights out or date dinners, though prices lean toward the higher end.

I’m beyond furious with this place. I booked a reservation weeks ahead for my 28th birthday clearly stating it was for a celebration and wanting to decorate my table. They said no balloons or confetti, which I respected. But on arrival, I was seated in some random area not even the restaurant I booked where photos weren’t allowed. It’s my birthday! I wanted to capture memories with friends and decorate, as discussed. When I pointed this out, the hostess said we could move to the actual dining area where photos were allowed. We moved everything only for a manager to come out and say we couldn’t take photos anywhere except the foyer. So they had us pack up for nothing! I wasted time, effort, and patience on a birthday that should have been memorable. The service was awful, the food was mediocre at best, and to top it off, staff snickered at us in the lobby as we tried to take photos. I left feeling disrespected and robbed of a special evening. I will never recommend this establishment.

I had a disappointing experience at Arnette’s Chop Shop and would not return.
Weeks before our reservation, we confirmed with management that small decorations would be allowed for a birthday celebration. Upon arrival, our waiter told us this was not permitted, which created immediate confusion.
We were seated in the associate area rather than the main Arnette’s dining room. The waiter said photos were not allowed. A hostess then told us photos would be allowed if we moved to a table in Arnette’s. Based on this guidance, we gathered our belongings and relocated. After moving, a manager approached us and stated photos were still not allowed at the table.
We calmly explained that we only moved because staff told us photos were permitted at the new table. The manager responded in a condescending and dismissive manner and did not acknowledge the miscommunication between staff members. During this interaction, hostesses were snickering while we attempted to take photos, which felt unprofessional.
The inconsistent rules, the condescending response from management, and the unprofessional behavior from staff made us feel singled out. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would not recommend this establishment.

Completely disappointed with this experience. I came to celebrate my best friend’s birthday and the night felt unnecessarily stressful.
Management refused simple birthday decorations with no clear explanation. Staff gave no advance notice about photography rules. After we asked to take photos, they told us we could move to another dining area where photos were allowed. We moved everything. Then a manager came out and rudely stated photos were only allowed by the door. We had to move all decorations back and reset the table.
The rest of the night felt uncomfortable. I felt monitored every time I tried to take photos, even while standing in the approved area.
This place is not welcoming or family friendly. The attitude feels elitist and the food does not justify it. I will not return.

Yeah, I think I'm over this place now. We took a couple from out of town here and just felt like it was very ordinary, and overpriced, more than I recall. The cheapest steak I recall was like $62. I ordered the Sole fish and was $52...and overcooked. It was nothing special, yet overpriced. The sides were ok. The waiter was good, but I recall each special he mentioned was between $100-$165 for different types of Wagyu. Even the old-fashioned wasn't great, so I only ordered one. I probably would have had at least one more if it were good.
The food are Arnette's is amazing, but the service was another level. It was our daughter's 13th birthday and she really wanted to go to a nice “fancy” dinner. They treated her like it was her day from start to finish. Our server was really great (Adam I think, but the wine was good too so I can't guarantee it). Overall 10 out of 10 across the board. Thanks for a phenomenal meal and for making her day special. Some food highlights...bacon appetizer was solid, the lobster and squid ink pasta dish was amazing, and the cowgirl ribeye with lobster on top was a show stopper. Highly recommend.
Arnette's NEVER disappoints. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the metro area. The ambience is great. The food is really good and the service is high quality. IF there is an area of improvement, it would be with the salads- they are underwhelming and treated as an after thought to an otherwise well thought out and apportioned menu.
