I had an exceptional experience as per usual. The ambiance is refined without feeling pretentious, and every dish is quite nice. The service was attentive and genuinely welcoming. After dinner, I was graciously invited to preview their members-only club. The space is stunning! It's intimate, elevated, and clearly designed with intention, made the evening feel special and left a lasting impression. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with a touch of exclusivity.

Lovely experience for out of town guests. We loved the tame impala playlist. Vidalia onion was a hit as well as the spinnalas. Our waiter didn't frequent our table too much which was a shame bc we would have drank more. They also tried clearing the table before we were done many times.

Tried to eat there for a friend’s birthday.
The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with someone across the table. We asked if the trio playing could lower the volume and were told, yes they are loud, but nothing changed.
Ended up leaving without ordering. Really didn’t want to eat at a bad soft rock concert!

Extremely disappointing experience for what’s supposed to be a fine dining steakhouse.

We came to Arnette’s Chop Shop to celebrate my 28th birthday and recently being married. Valet was quick and affordable ($5), and our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He did a great job explaining the dishes and making us feel welcome.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stopped. The ambiance was completely disrupted by a loud, obnoxious group of men yelling about a football game and using profanity. No staff or management intervened, and it took away from the upscale atmosphere we were expecting.

The food was underwhelming. I ordered the Tomahawk steak to share with my husband and it was heavily charred with little to no seasoning or presentation. Everyone at the table ordered steaks, and all of them were just tolerable, not enjoyable. The $32 crab cake was also bland and lacked any real flavor.

To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, we were told the restaurant operates on a one check policy, something we were never informed of beforehand. Our server mentioned he’d need manager approval to split the check but later returned saying it was “easy” to do, so it’s unclear why it was made an issue in the first place.

The most unprofessional part of the night was at the very end. As valet was bringing our car around, our server came outside and asked us why we tipped what we tipped and why we didn’t leave more. He mentioned he only makes $2/hour and that they all share a tip pool. This was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing, especially in front of other guests.

Overall, our experience fell far short of expectations. The service started off promising but ended on a sour note. Between the lackluster food, loud environment, and unprofessional behavior, we won’t be returning. Restaurants like H&W Steakhouse and Steak Market in Atlanta have provided us with far better service, food, and overall experience.

Appetizers, drinks, wine, sides & steak were all perfection! Dessert was a bit overcooked & we sent it back. Decided not to try another. We sat upstairs, not main dining room for the first time and it was definitely more lively than main dining. I am not saying that in a bad way, we truly enjoyed it up there, just stating that if your looking for a more relaxed atmosphere you would want the main dining area downstairs. Jaime was a very good server, as well as his assistant who's name escapes me unfortunately. They were a excellent team though!

This is supposed to be a premium steak house, and is prices as such. We ordered two dry aged cowboy ribeye steaks for $105 each and both were extremely tough. One was ordered medium rare and came out more rare and the other was supposed to be medium and it was medium rare. They did bring another one that was a little better, but they should have credited us for one of them. We will not be going back.

Overall experience was very good, food was great quality, service was very good as well. A little overpriced, but that can be chalked up to location ( Buckhead/Brookhaven ).

Outstanding food and service. Delicious cuts of steak and other menu items are great. Highly recommend.

If you’re searching for an upscale steakhouse that balances sophistication with bold creativity, Arnette’s Chop Shop in Brookhaven absolutely delivers. I stopped by to try their new “Upstairs Bites” menu, and every dish was a standout from start to finish.

The Astrea Caviar Doughnuts were pure luxury — a playful mix of indulgent and savory that set the tone for the evening. The Pork Belly Bao Buns were perfectly tender with a rich depth of flavor, and the Wood-Grilled Wagyu Burger had that irresistible smoky char that only comes from a true steakhouse kitchen. Sushi lovers will be thrilled with the King Salmon Avocado and Spicy Bluefin Tuna Rolls, both incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The showstopper, though, was The Siren Raw Seafood Platter — a stunning, ocean-fresh spread that could easily anchor a whole meal.

Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere upstairs strikes that perfect balance between polished and relaxed. Whether you’re dropping by for cocktails and small plates or settling in for a refined dinner, Arnette’s continues to prove why it’s one of Brookhaven’s top dining destinations.

Perfect for: Foodies, date nights, and anyone who loves steak, sushi, and creative cuisine served with style.

The worst dining experience I have ever encountered. The service was slow and questionable. The wrong dessert menu was brought out and when the dessert was received it was the complete opposite of what was on their “current” menu. The server would drop off a menu and run away to the next table. It is obvious this restaurant is short staffed. I will not be returning as there are much better steak houses and restaurants in the Atlanta area that offer impeccable service and better food. I had higher expectation and sadly was disappointed.

To have horrible service at a fine dining restaurant is a first for me. We were there celebrating my girlfriends birthday and our waiter was horrible. Took over 10 minutes for him to even come to our table, and he still had to bring us food menus probably another 10 minutes later. After our food was finally ordered and given to us, he completely disappeared. The manager and the bus boys literally finished his job for him. Not sure if I can go back, no matter how great the food is.

It was my first time coming to Arnette's and I was a little disappointed. I went to the upstairs bar for their cheeseburger special. The service was very good and the food was good. It just wasn't as good as I had expected. I had heard good reports from others that it was very good. I didn't go to the dining room for a regular dinner. That may be the reason. Our server, Mary Beth was very attentive and we enjoyed that part of the meal. We intend to return in the future for a steak dinner.
