I was recently extremely disappointed to see writing on the windows cheering for one local high school (Marist) over another (St. Pius). You have just as many customers who are affiliated with St. Pius as with Marist, but you've shown us that you don't value our patronage.

City of Brookhaven GA only Chick-fil-A has earned my loyalty and is now my favorite location. The lack of a drive thru window doesn't appear to have hurt profitability. The speed of service and friendly staff keeps us coming back.
Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground for kids under 54 inches in height.
Parking can be a challenge at This location, and you'll need an access code to use the restrooms!!!

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Service was slow. And the cashier was rude. And they couldn’t even fill up the fries alway. Won’t be back to this location. Also asked for a large. But that’s a small. Couldn’t bother to listen to get the order right.

I came to pick-up an UberEats order (74BB2) on 7/22/2024 at 4:30 p.m. There was no one waiting in the pick-up area at the time. I walk in and there’s are two employees behind the pick-up counter. They see me and one walks out the restaurant, the other walks to the back! I grabbed the older myself from behind the counter and continued my delivery. Very unprofessional and rude of the employees, and definitely don’t expect this - nor have experienced this - at ChicfilA before..
