One of the more meh Chick-fil-A locations that I’ve been to. Food was great as always, food service was what you’d expect at a Chick-Fil-A, but the staff weren’t as attentive to guest. Seemed like they might’ve just been short staffed, but not entirely the environment you expect at a CFA.

You know what’s worse about getting a sprite cherry drink? Ordering two and receiving both watered down, flat taste with a hint of cherry. Can’t even try to enjoy these with my meal. Check your machines. You’re wasting peoples money.

Placed an order for curbside pick up since I had cold groceries and didn’t want to leave my car off in the heat. I’d previously never visited this location.
Went in with expectations of just a quick stop. It was lunch time so I knew that there would be a little bit of a wait. Little did I know that I’d be spending a total of 20 minutes in their parking lot. When I marked what spot I was in, I received a notification that it would be 4-9 minutes until my order was ready. Reasonable at lunch rush.
I got the notification that my food would be brought out to me and thought someone would be there shortly, but nope. Took them 10 minutes to bring my food to me. I almost thought they forgot about my order and was about to go inside myself since it was taking so long. Will not be back to this location.

I have never seen a store with so many happy, vibrant associates. It was lunch hour crunch time, and they were packed. I was there with my grandson, and they had such a positive attitude it flowed to the clients in line waiting. 😀
We got there at 8 and the girl taking my order was so sweet but literally as we got our food the food wasn’t fresh it was hot but wasn’t fresh. I’ve worked in fast food for 5 years and you could tell. Then half way through everyone else eating their food the manager came and said no rush but like we close soon, and didn’t say anything else like are you enjoying your food nothing. I would’ve taken my food back to them if he wouldn’t have said that because I wasn’t eating. I already knew I’d get the same thing, I’ve never had a bad experience ever until now

Poor food quality. How can you mess up fries twice? Overcooked, went back and the replacement was undercooked and soaked in grease.
