The food is great but the curbside experience is terrible. Without drive-thru, they have to find a better way to execute curbside. Every time we have pick up it is MINIMUM a 10+ minute wait

I come here every Morning to get breakfast, Thursday I came to the location at the pick and waiting for my food and so I asked the young man asking if he can help me since they usually have the order in the back counter, he completely ignored me so since he wasn’t busy, again asked politely but he gave me a whole attitude and start to have temper replying back with an attitude once he can’t find my order, so I asked why the attitude, that’s when I realized the guy not wearing a name tag, so Rick, came in when I asked for a manager and Rick came out and didn’t correct the employee or apologize the way how I was treated and when I asked for the employee name, Rick mentioned they aren’t allow to give out names and told me the owner information on the wall if I wanted to complain, I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, the way they treating there customers is really sad, specially when I spend my money every single day, I will be contacting the corporate office. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF NOT GETTING THE NAME OF EMPLOYEES TO MAKE A COMPLAINT SOUND LIKE RICK WAS TRYING TO PROTECT THE GUY BECAUSE I AM SURE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT, THATS WHY HE WASNT WEARING HIS NAME TAG. THE MANAGERS ALLOWING IT SO WE WON’T REPORT IT.MY NAME IS Mihila Mamaru so you could look up my account to see how much I spend in that Store.

Hard to tell from road but counter only no drive through location
This location is notorious for forgetting items on delivery orders. Seven out of the last ten times we’ve ordered there has been a missing item (entire entrees, sides, drinks). In other words, they do their job correctly 30% of the time. I really hope Chick-fil-a corporate reads this and makes a genuine effort in fixing this lack of customer service at this location.

One of the more meh Chick-fil-A locations that I’ve been to. Food was great as always, food service was what you’d expect at a Chick-Fil-A, but the staff weren’t as attentive to guest. Seemed like they might’ve just been short staffed, but not entirely the environment you expect at a CFA.

You know what’s worse about getting a sprite cherry drink? Ordering two and receiving both watered down, flat taste with a hint of cherry. Can’t even try to enjoy these with my meal. Check your machines. You’re wasting peoples money.

Food was good. Fresh fries were perfectly salted. Customer service was not fully up to the standards of Chick-fil-A but it wasn't horrible either. The atmosphere definitely could have been better and the parking lot was horrible
