Fox Brothers Barbecue

I went to this location thinking that it was the same as the DeKalb location. The menu, atmosphere, and parking are different! They had run out of a majority of their meats on a Saturday, at 7pm. I ordered ribs(dry), smoked wings(dry), mac n chz(old), and greens. The fact that it was $65+, I was expecting greatness... and it was just OK!

This Place wins awards for there BBQ !!! And the food is amazing ,Service,atmoshere Can't beat it!! The other Nuckle Heads who Boil Ribs !! You don't know how to bbq !! Fox bros Smokes their !! And there brisket smoked to perfection . I try many places that claim they know how to bbq . NOT !!!!! LISTEN BECAUSE IT SAYS BBQ ON THE BUILDING DOES NOT MEAN IT'S GOOD . Go to Fox Bros Bar - B-Q !! Clean, and Reansonably Priced !!:You 'll Be Glad You did !!

This was our first visit and the food was excellent. The barbecue and the sides were delicious. Great lunch place.

I rarely write negative reviews, but Fox Bros. BBQ has earned this one. After giving them three chances, I’m officially done as of today.

The customer service is consistently terrible. Staff are inattentive, dismissive, rude, and make you feel like you’re a burden rather than a valued guest. That attitude alone ruins the experience, and unfortunately, the food doesn’t redeem it.

What should be tender, flavorful BBQ is dry, bland, and poorly prepared. For the prices they charge and the hype this place gets, the quality is unacceptable.

As someone who lives in the neighborhood, Fox Bros. is not a local favorite. Note to general manager, your BOH and FOH staff need to be re-trained on customer service and food prep.

I came in for the combo with 3 meats but, this location didn’t have the option. I still decided to dine in! The service was excellent and the food was slamming like I remember my first time trying it! I will be back for sure!

Overrated to be honest. The gentleman who took my order was very nice, but the young lady checking me out was not friendly at all and actually quite rude. I ordered ribs and wings. Both were lukewarm, and dry. The ribs were extremely salty and grossly undercooked to the point I finally had to give up chewing. Very disappointing considering Fox Brothers is supposed to be the gold standard in Atlanta. At least this location by far is not.

I’ll attach the picture of the advertisement….. This was my first time ordering from here but I was so happy with the price, that I had to try this restaurant out! It was advertised $10.00 for half chicken, macaroni, green beans and cornbread (as I said I will attach the picture). I immediately hit “ADD to Cart” because it was such a great deal! When I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my meal, the only thing inside was a half chicken. I was so disappointed. I was going to give 1 star but since the manager James handled this so professionally I’ll give them 4 stars instead (the chicken was also good!). The girl who originally answered the phone made me feel like crap when I had called the restaurant to let them know that I didn’t receive my sides or corn bread. She kept telling me that I didn’t have the correct restaurant. I kept telling her that this was the correct restaurant and she said no because they don’t even have cornbread! Then I told her it was the correct restaurant because I just picked up the order!! She needs to be more like James and try to fix the problem instead of arguing with the customer. Thanks James!

This is another one of our go to restaurants and it never disappoints. You pretty much can’t go wrong with anything. Don’t forget about their burger because that is amazing as well!
